Will never deal with Sprint again. We are letting our plan expire this September, but back in March I inquired about leasing a new iPhone 7 with the iPhone forever program (12 month lease) and the intention of buying it because there was a promotion 50% off the lease. Seemed like a good deal. The salesman, whos name I will not mention, neglected to tell me that breaking the lease voids all promos and now I owe more than double! When I was inquiring about the iPhone 7 upgrade, I had told him several times we were breaking the lease in Sept and SPECIFICALLY asked how much I would have to pay to buy out the lease. He lied to me to make the sale and said it would just be 7 remaining months (12 months total) at the 50% discounted rate. But its actually 13 months (18 total) at the FULL rate! He said the promo wouldnt be in the lease agreement but sent as a credit; so I had no way of documenting his false information. I confronted him on the phone and he plead ignorance and just referred me to the 1-800 corporate line to waste hours of my time with probably no resolution. I am so upset with this company, and specifically the man who "doesnt remember" our interaction! Im a smart shopper, we talked for over an hour about all of the costs and details. Why would I agree to pay $500+ to lease a phone?? Never again, corporate phone service. MetroPCS sold me an iphone SE for $100 and 6Gs for $40/month, now that is a good deal!

I called this store looking to replace my defective phone and the woman I spoke with said she would be in all day so I came to the store not more than an hour later and it was completely empty minus her, yet she acted like she did not remember our phone conversation. I told her the problems I was having with my phone and she did not believe me. She did not care about me or what I needed and was more interested in the notifications she was receiving on her personal phone. I came in a few days later to pick up my new phone and she was there again. She gave the friend accompanying me dirty looks, and acted like she did not recognize me despite our previous interactions. I received very poor customer service during both visits. Also the man who gave me my new phone insisted that he could not replace the screen protector I had, and charged me for a new one. Additionally he man-handed my phone as he put on this new screen protector and tried to remove the air bubbles. I was scared for my new phone in his hands. He did not sync my contacts, which I only realized once I had left the store, and that is something that sprint had always done for me in the past so I lost my collective contact list of 6 years. I am completely dissatisfied and will not return here. No wonder why this store is always empty.

How can people that arent familiar with device recovery with tools such as Odin or Fastboot work as phone technicians???? It baffles me that any cell carrier would employ people that clearly arent qualified. Same goes for the Verizon store at the green mountain plaza. It is a joke. I have personally fixed phones that were bricked due to failed updates and the store claims the phone is not repairable and instead pushes for the customers to purchase a brand new device or file a claim if insured. With some basic device recovery knowledge all were fixed mostly using just Fastboot. With almost all devices being android or apple they should have training in simple recovery for both platforms. I bet they wouldnt know what dfu mode was. Educate or rehire qualified individuals to actually serve your customers.

On the launch of the G5 this store had no devices. On top of that they said "no stores have the device, LG sends them out today" so I called another store and they did in fact have the device in Stock. So besides them being completely unaware (tried to get me to pre order it on launch day) they also lied to me. Very very poor customer service and job skills.

When I was dealing with Thomas at the store, he bent over backwards to help. Now this girl Amanda is there and she cannot even give him the message to return a phone call. She is horrible at customer service and should not even be working there! It brings the overall store down to a very poor rating!

Worst service ever. Thank you for deleting all my contacts and pictures you said you were saving to put on my new phone. You really suck!!!! The 20% off the new phone case really not a good substitute for completely deleting everything.
