I am a loyal customer to Smart Phone Repair! Four times, I have been careless with dropping my I phone. Smart phone repair has perfectly fixed my phone each time. They are reliable & honest! This struck me the wrong way...May I add: On jan 4,2012 Both paul1 & garyl both wrote negative reviews and mentioned a competitor. Must be someone affiliated with cell lingo! They are obviously trying to sabotage others! This is apparent that they will do the same thing to you. Im going to stick with SMART PHONE REPAIR. They saved my life today!!! I thought I lost everything in my iphone after accidently putting it in the washing machine..The phone itself couldnt be saved but everything in it was able to be retrieved and put on a new phone..I got to save photos and videos that meant the world to me that I thought I was going to never have again. They even stayed 2 hours passed the closing time to help me out. I would recommend them highly to anyone that needs a repair. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

These positive reviews are all BS. Michele Thomas is the owner Loris sister. Do not believe any of these good reviews. These people suck. It takes days to get your phone back. You always have to go back because they broke something else. And they are very expensive. Better off at Cell Lingo next to Pizza Stop on Portion Road. This store is not to be trusted with your phone. I learned the hard way as did two of my friends. Stay away.

I had power button issue on my iphone 5s . This people fix that button, after repair some thing weird happens with wifi reception , when i notified the problem to the store and they are greatly stand behind their repair as they promised. They have ordered new wifi antenna cable for me and repaired the phone again without charging any single dollar .i am really very happy with their customer service .I would definitely recommend this people .

These guys went through my pictures and txt messages on my phone. I brought it to them for a cracked glass. They told me they needed my password and I said no, just change the glass. They said they had to have it to make sure the camera still worked or they wouldnt fix it. When I got my phone back, my photos and my messages were both opened. I definitely closed all my apps before giving them the phone. Do not trust these losers!

This place is great! Had my phone fixed, updated s b d back to me Wooton the hour. At least for what I had to get fixed. Helped me out a lot being that I needed my phone for work the next day, and even did it right before they were closing, actually stayed there a few min ayer they were suppose to close to have my phone back to me that night. Great process as well!

This place took off in the middle of the night from the last location they had. I dont know if I would trust them with my stuff again. I am waiting to see how good Cell Lingo does in smart phones old location I heard they are very talented Kids.

I was so upset when my iphone screen shattered. I immediately went to Smart Phone Repair. Joe and Mike were so nice. They fixed my iphone on the spot, took about 10-15 minutes. Price is very reasonable and worth it!
