Used metro for years never had a problem. Decided to finally buy myself a new phone got ripped off by this place. Phone stopped working all together after 30 days. Not charging, nothing. Tried taking it back they said sorry. The employee sold me a byod device. I was unaware of such a thing. Save yourself the money and frustration. Do not shop with metro specifically this location.
