So my husband went to get his screen replaced Friday July 1st they replaced the screen and 2 hours later the screen stopped working he brought it back because they claim they insure the screen for 14 days Christian the employee who tried several screens said that something went wrong and he had to get the okay from his father who was the boss to give my husband his money back mind you the repair was $150 he paid him on July 1st..........Christian told my husband come back on Tuesday because they couldnt do anything that day and that his father/boss will speak to him then to find a solution....... Tuesday my husband went in and Christian gave him the run around that his father/boss would not be in till Thursday to come back then.......today July 7 a whole week later he went back to speak to THE BOSS not only did he NOT fix my husbands phone he only refunded $75 because he said my husband had to pay for man labor and the several screens that did not work that his son tried on my husbands phone why Insure the screens for 14 day for these people to rip you off!!!!! We are so disappointed......this was one of the WORST experiences with replacing the screen we have ever had!!! So not only did my husband not get all his money back the screen is still not fixed so tell me how this is fair these people didnt replace the screen didnt refund all his money and made him wait a whole week!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE............ People need to know about these incidents that happen not just the good who knows maybe I can save you a trip from getting ripped off and losing your money!!!!!!

Horrible horrible service. Save yourself and do not go here. I came in to order a new sim card reader for my phone. I paid for the part and a deposit down because it had to be ordered. I come in 20 min later to cancel my order, and they said its already been ordered (5pm sunday) by the way and it cannot be canceled unless the manager approves. That I need to talk to the manager Orlando the next day. I come in and speak with him mind you this is in early February. He says he has no idea where the part is and only refunds me the deposit I put down, but never shows and proof of what he paid for the part only saying its $15. After calling every week and checking status on the part he still says he doesnt know why it hasnt arrived and that its shipping from overseas. It is now end of March and Ive emailed them and still have gotten no response to where my part is that I paid for already. So almost 2 months with no update from them and now Im out a part and $15. I really dont know if he even ordered the part and is just saying that so he can pocket my $15. This is a shady place as you can tell from all the other negative reviews, which I wish I would of seen before walking in.

I bought 2 phones, "under warranty". Within the week, both phones were acting up. I was able to swap one out, and they "fixed" the other. Well, they didnt fix it. My GPS doesnt work, my calls drop galore, the phone majority of the times doesnt read my SIM, I am unable to use the Internet while in a phone call, mind you the devices are NEW NOTEs. And once again, they say its a "Samsung issue". They suggest that I call "Samsung", instead of them, whom which I bought the phone from. So I called, to find out that the phone IS NOT "UNDER WARRANTY", as they claim to be when they sell it to you. I paid nearly $900 for both devices, and I honestly feel I didnt get my moneys worth. Just to show, that theyre quick to make a sale and forget about customer satisfaction. I wonder how they would feel if it were them. Dont ever buy anything from them! I know I wont be.

Theres No Need To Go Anywhere Else. The cracked screen on my LG G2 was replaced on time at the price quoted on the phone. The phone was dropped off, repaired onsite, and was ready 2 hours later when I went to pick it up. Orlando, the owner/manager, answered my initial phone inquiry promptly, identified the problem, the process to fix it, quoted a fair price, quickly repaired the phone to like new, charged the quoted price, and is very pleasant, and easy to do business with. And, they are real easy to find, plenty of parking, with a real nice staff of employees working there. Needless to say, it was a great experience!

yes very overpriced i couldnt believe it. they request a large non refundable sum of money before they can even give a proper quote on what fixing the phone will be. in the end i had to eat the large sum of money paid and they couldnt fix it. they do not have factory support for blackberry. so what they do is the same basic thing that you can do at your house using the internet to do research. if you need last resort solutions tho, they can definitely help, at a large sum of money tho.

Called in to find out about getting my phone fixed. Spoke to Christian and he immediately reassured me that I would have no problems getting my phone fixed right away. At the location, I was greeted promptly and quoted. While I waited, Christian was extremely pleasant and informative about the services his company offered. I must say that I am very satisfied with the service I received. If you need your phone fixed in a hurry this is the place to go, its worth the trip!!!!

Just left wireless wizard poor service. I was planning to get my phone screen fixed the guy told me how long and that it was easy. After getting food, went to target at the mall, (where I could have gotten it fixed) and getting gas only to come back and find my phone still on the counter. The guy offers to drop phone off to me but yeah right Im OK with that smh leave my phone with a stranger!!!!!

Would review 0 stars if possible. Husband dropped off his iPad for a CRACKED screen over 2 months ago. When he went in to Pick it up the entire screen was detached from the iPad and the home button was broken. Owner claimed to "send it out" but still wasnt able to get it fixed. We SPENT money to get a broken iPad in return with no refund or sympathy. Do not waste your money

My phone was shattered so badly that the screen wasnt functional. An hour at wireless wizard & it was brand new again. Their pricing is average, but I was happy to spend the money to repair my 3-month old phone, instead of having to buy a refurbished cell phone for the same pricing. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone.

I would definitely recommend this place when it comes to repairs, especially cracked screen repairs. I was a bit skeptical, but Francisco eased all my concerns and I was out of there within 15 minutes. Thanks again for all your help Wireless Wizard! Definitely referring people to you guys!
