Safe to say these previous reviews are from friends of the business because when i went in to sign up I was greeted with a smile. I tried calling tech support through 800 number but coukd not get anyone I could understand clearly so then I go into store for second time with an issue i had with phone and the girl at front desk seemed so bothered by me coming in and disrupting her from facebook and drinking her smoothie. I have never received such horrible custumer service and treated like I was a complete bother to her. Good thing I have no contract as I will be going to Verizon. Beware of Sprint. You get what you pay for. Horrible phone service and horrible customer service.

I purchased 3 phones and got all my phone accessories from this store. Let me tell you they gave me the BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE. The minute I walked in the salesperson gave me space to search for the phones I want and as soon as I found the phone, the salespeople got started on teaching me the features and function of the phones. Let me tell you I walked out very happy. Customer service is the best!!!
