I would rate this even lower. 1. I called before I even went to the store to see if changing from Verizon to AT&T would be more cost efficient. It appeared it would, by a lot. 2. I get to the store-Waited with my 4 year old overactive boy for 45 before being helped. 3. Spent 5 hours working out plans and cost because the AT&T agent on the phone was incorrect and gave me bad information. 4. I refused to leave the store until the monthly payment was lower than my current cost. Finally! Left 5. I get my bill a month later and it is 460 something dollars! I called and complained and found out they charged me for a tablet I never had-the activation-and terminations. I emphasized that I refuse to pay more than my Verizon bill was. Finally the bill was lower! 6. Get my bill this month and it is 180+ which is higher again! WTF! 7. So far, 40 minutes later (I am on hold because I want to speak to a manager), The girl says my bill is accurate. I explained that the only reason I switched was because it would be lower! NOT HIGHER! 8. Plus, they took the old phone and didnt give us credit. I was told...you switch and we pay for the termination fees on the old contract. Well, well, well-Verizon bill is currently $540 to cover termination fees. 9. So not impressed!

AT&T is a terrible company! They favor and value only customers who keep a smile no matter their stupidity. The minute you start questioning them or get frustrated, you are immediately deemed unworthy of being a "gold star" customer. AT&T agents or customer service representatives are POORLY trained, you could talk to three different service reps about the same device and they will all tell you something completely different. I dont know why I left Verizon because their services are definitely a lot better than At&ts in every way, even if they are a little more expensive.

Always friendly service , customer oriented establishment happy to answer questions even if youre not a customer unlike Verizon , they ask for your mobile number as soon as you walk in the door and if you dont have an account theyre not as willing to help you thats not ATT I have gone in many times with questions about new phones that are available or promotions they have going on always a great experience

Wow, just heard what you put my friend through because some associate thought she was a fraud. You had all prevalent info needed to confirm their identity. If they were fraudsters, why did they stay so long? Why not call the cops if you are that sure? If only you realized she is a well known blog writer, and will share her story. How many customers will you lose?

Make sure that you schedule an appointment before you go in. Even an appointment does not guarantee that you will be waited on not long after your arrival. The last time I went in I had to wait an hour and that was for another sales associate to come over and tell us it would be a bit longer. I would personally suggest trying another AT&T store.

It takes forever to get service, get updated phones and tablets. They tell me my bill wont go up any more the. 10 bucks. It went up 80 bucks more then they said. They screwed me over when I signed up and now there screwing me again by messing up my bills and charging more then they said they would. This is a shady business. Cant wait to switch.
