Been here a few times now - dealt with the sales dept, service, and parts. Sales - Went in looking at newer bikes. Salesmen approached and was nice enough. Answered my questions well. But once the numbers start running, thats when things get tricky. First off they always magically appraise my trade in value to be EXACTLY what I owe on it. I owed 10K - they said it was worth 10K. A year later I owe 5K, and now they claim its only worth 5K. Which is bs.Next they give outrageous interest rates. I have good credit, and any bank will give me a loan around the 3-4% mark. But they were telling me 10-12%. Not only that, but the payments didnt make sense. Im not an idiot, and Im well aware how to use a calculator. When youre asking $600/mo for 72 months on a $26,000 bike - Something clearly doesnt add up right. I walked away from it as soon as I saw those numbers. Service -- Arrived promptly at 10am on a Monday, and asked how busy they were. I was looking for new tires for my Ultra asap, and had cash in hand. They said theyre booked solid for A WHOLE MONTH. That right there tells me there is some blatant miss-management of the service department. I run a maintenance department of my own, and there is no excuse to be booked up more than 1 week out. No excuse at all. I asked for a price for tires anyway. The guy quoted me $600 for the el-cheapo stock dunlops. These tires dont even last 1 season of riding, and they want that kind of price??? I think not. Parts -- Went in looking for oil and filter for my bike. Full synthetic. He asked what filter I wanted, and I told him I wanted the K&N filter with the nut on the back..... And they dont even stock it!! "Its not a true harley part" - Yeah, because the harley filter requires a special filter wrench that doesnt even fit properly and you risk breaking off the sensor on the front of the bike.... Every other dealer Ive been to stocked the K&N because they know customers hate the ridiculous HD filter and its oem location. This is why I avoid dealers at all cost. They take too long, charge way too much, and 9/10times dont give you half the quality of service I can do in my own garage. I gave 2 stars because the guys were at least polite to me, and they do have a decent selection of new bikes.

Every aspect of the purchase experience was great. Especially Jason as a fit specialist. I walked in not knowing what bike I wanted to purchase, but after a couple of hours and a couple of test rides with Jason, I knew. He really got to know me and my wife. Asked all of the right questions and allowed me freedoms to explore without selling. He became a trusted advisor. Just an additional note, The Poker Run was a classic way to meet the team. So many other businesses could benefit from understanding the way Bluegrass has this set up and the type of people that make up a great team. I have already recommended Jason and Bluegrass to one friend will no doubt, recommend him to more. Great to meet and work with Jason and the team at Bluegrass Harley Davidson!

I dropped my bike off without an appointment during their busy time. Andy helped me and he immediately found a Stator Plug leak. I had an extended warranty through a 3rd party company. Service appointments were scheduled 2 weeks out. He said he would try to work me in, but it may be a few days. I told him no problem. Andy called the warranty company and got the repair taken care of, they performed the 10K service and I had the bike back in 5 days. Also, the final bill was less than I expected! BONUS - they did a phenomenal job of washing the bike! I had the bike washed at another dealer after the 5K service and I had to go home and re-wash it myself. Bluegrass Harley did a great job. They seem to have it together now that they are under new ownership.

Bluegrass Harley Davidson has risen to become the preeminent Harley Dealer in the Region. The entire Staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and extremely professional. I worked with Ben on a purchase of a new CVO Street Glide for months. Ben continuously called me keeping me informed of all new arrivals and went as far as to meet me at the dealership on his day off to show me a bike he felt that I would appreciate owning. I purchased the new 2016 CVO and would never think of purchasing a bike in the future from any dealership other than Bluegrass Harley Davidson. Congrats to the entire staff at Bluegrass Harley, your core values and outstanding customer loyalty are second to none.

With two H-D dealers in town, I was trying to decide which to buy from...Id read more positive reviews about the competition, but I checked both in person to be sure. Bluegrass didnt have quite the selection of new bikes despite having a lot more showroom space, but they DID have the exact bike I wanted, so I bought it. So far, everything has been great - sales, service, parts - everyone takes the time to say hello, they follow up with me, and I havent yet had any issues with poor customer service at all. Despite my initial reluctance to shop here, they set my mind at ease. I can honestly recommend them for sales and service. Oh, and I love my new bike, too!

what a GREAT place! Times have definitely changed at Bluegrass HD. The staff was awesome, In and out quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very friendly and each department really knew their job. They have a new permanent customer. “This was the first time in many years of buying a new ride that it went so flawlessly. In other dealerships it sometimes took up to 3 hours to get the paperwork done. Here, with Bear on the J-O-B it was about an hour. Everyone was very focused and attentive to my needs. A HUGE change from the last time I visited Bluegrass in 2005. ”

I rode in one afternoon and spoke with Grizz and had a nice convo about my bike, what I wanted to do to it, and other things like our dogs and homes. That was my first time meeting Grizz. I called a week later and gave my name, he said "sure I remember you, you have the Italian Mastiff and a black lab" I was blown away that from one convo with one of the hundreds of folks he talked with that day/week he still remembered me by name. That says so much about their dedication to their customers. Great job Bluegrass! As long as I own a Harley youll have my business

I cant believe this place has even a decent rating. Im guessing a lot of these ratings were solicited. We travel across the states a good bit and hit several HD dealerships. From the minute we walked in the door, spent at least 1/2 hr - 45 minutes in Motorclothes, walked through Sales to the lounge, returned to Motorclothes, tried on clothes, and went to the register, not a single person who worked there talked to us until we found someone to ring us out. For a fact, they have more bikes than any place Ive been, but this place is not welcoming in any way.
