Was happy with company and was even thinking about buying at LEAST one or two more large products there. However, after experiencing a lashing from the owner about not tipping her for delivery of a Jetski I will never set foot in store again. When I originally bought the Jetski I asked if the ski could be delivered before 5PM because I had my sons baseball practice. Was told the shop got busy and couldnt be delivered to later. I understood and the ski was actually being brought out by the owners. I thought it was going to be a hourly employee who was going to deliver ski. The owners brought it out around 9PM and I was thankful. However, when I brought ski back for some service I got reprimanded for not tipping. I just dropped 15 grand and know the owners received their cut and didnt feel the need to tip. I own a small business and wouldnt think about even accepting a tip because Id be appreciative just for the business. Oh well, its just business they will be missing. Im about to have my fourth son and plan to get them all in to dirk bikes. Id rather drive to Pensacola for whatever I need now.

BLUF: Panama City Cycles put me in the right machine at the right price. After months of research in the SXS arena we finally pulled the trigger and recently purchased a new Can Am Defender from PCC. Kudo’s to Mr Jason Glover for fielding my dozens of questions and taking time to show me the details of each machine I was interested in. In addition, he asked me several questions with regards to my operational expectations. The professional staff at PCC made this a painless transaction and definitely earned my future business. Gold Star for Jason and the rest of the PCC family. Highly Recommended. UPDATE: The wife and dogs are always taking my new Defender on trail rides I hardly ever get to use it…

COLSED ON SATURDAYS ,ARE YOU KIDDING !!!! Guys I own Hard Labor Creek Off Road Park and I hear a lot of complaints from folks that come here to ride about your sales and service depts. I ,as you know have your banner flying high here and am proud to do so, but I must say you all need to support the folks that buy off road 2&4 wheel bikes a little better. Most folks that enjoy off road riding both 4 and 2 wheels work during the week and Saturday is the only day they can get to the dealer to buy a new ride or parts, my self included. I will continue to support PCC,inc. and hope they reconsider their open dates, respectfully submitted, Dexter

I bought a motorcycle from them and I had issues with it after riding it 3 times. I had fuel leaks, throttle issues, and exhaust leak. I brought it back in, telling them my story. I asked for an estimate and all I got back a week later was information I already knew and they wanted to charge me $600 for the maintenance, so I turned down the maintenance and they charged me $50 for the information already knew and they didnt troubleshoot the throttle issue. So I paid $50 to hear something I already said come from someone elses mouth.

Tried to get a recall on my bike completed and they refuse to order the parts until I leave the bike with them instead of just calling me when they come in so I can drop the bike off. Every time I have taken anything there it takes forever to get fixed so I dont wanna my bike sitting there for weeks just for a simple recall. Also every time I call to inquire about any parts or gear they have been just rude and unhelpful and there in stock selection is horrible. Good thing Ft Walton and Dothan has bike shops

Expensive on their machines by $2k, but they are just fine for ordering parts and the small things you need for a Honda. The STAFF is always great! Except for this (1)sales lady. She is arrogant and we have chose to purchase 3 atvs from other centers (out of town)because of her TELLING US WHAT "WE NEEDED". We are mindful of what we "WANT". However,we will always use them for the small parts & accessories since we will not have to have an encounter with "Google".

Personal experience: Anything Panama City Cycles fixed on my Sea-Doo Jet does not work properly. When I want to trade in my Sea-Doo Jet, according to them it is worth barely nothing, even less, they charged me previous year to fix it. Their service is slow and expensive, took three week only to get to the problem. I spent thousand of dollars at their service shop, and I do NOT recommend Panama Cycles to anyone unless you want to waste your money and time.

Had to rent a u-haul truck to get my Goldwing from Tampa fl to Panama City fl @ Panama City cycle was worried how I would get bike off truck but they had no problems removing my bike in perfect condition off that truck in about 2min they informed me that my clutch was gone and had no problem taking it in for repairs the service department and the machanic were very polite and helpful . Thankful customer. Will post later about clutch repair

I got nothing but great customer service from this place!! All the staff were helpful and friendly! The mechanics were top notch and replaced a OEM kill switch that was defective. Not only did they get my beast back on the road, they let me know that I had an extended warranty on my ride for a few more years that carried over in the purchase from the other dealership! Thank yall once again!

This place has had my R1 for almost 6 weeks. The only I need is new clutches. Sad part about it is the service girl knows nothing at all. She always need to call you back and when she does the are about to close or its the next day. The other sad part is they still have my bike and if its not finished by tomorrow Im going to get it. P.S. things ran smooth when Trey was in service.

Bought some Yamaha jet skis but had to do it online. Vince Samillano gratefully helped me with finding the skis I was looking for. He made my wife feel welcome when she came to pick them up. Although we had a few issues with a bad battery and a trailer that needed adjustments. She brought the skis back and the shop quickly and efficiently helped her out. Great job guys!

Dont get your bike serviced here. Lubed my chain without cleaning it and improperly filled my tires. Changed spark plugs without authorization that should in no way have needed changing. Now I need to take my bike apart to make sure they didnt screw up everything they touched since they couldnt even do the simple visible things correctly. Waste of time and money!

No service after sale. Yes warranty useless. Take a jet ski in with only 20 hrs and all they do is tell you why they wont warranty it and tell you they may get yo it in 2 to 3 weeks!! Totally dont trust them. Excuses are all they have at there service desk. Plan to talk to a lawyer.takeing my ski to fort Walton for repair. Will never buy from them agin!!!

Really enjoy the place. Will admit that buying my first motorcycle there was stressful. Was told I was approved but then next day got a call from bank telling me I wasnt. Had a real big mess up there but they fixed it by taking $1000 off the price and it got me my first motorcycle. I have enjoyed the bike since. Looking into buying another toy there.
