This complaint is a customer who was 4 payments past due and did not have insurance coverage on the vehicle.He also didnt have a valid drivers license due to warrants out for his arrest.His vehicle was repossed .We gave him the 30 days to make his payments and he was not responsive. We are known the community for working with our customers when unexpected problems arise.We have 100s of customers that have been very pleased with our service.Please call and we can give you plenty of references to validate our sales and service.The next rating is the same customer and you will notice this by the rating date.

WOW!! Thats a mad customer!! I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer in the past 2 yrs. I have nothing to say but good things. Yes i felt behind a little but he worked with me through my tough times. He even went out his way to refer me to a good mechanic when i needed one. Im almost done paying for my jeep and looking forward to trade it in to them during income tax season and get a newer model. If you need references contact me, Great company!!!!!
