I purchased a vehicle from them with ALL SORTS OF PROBLEMS. The radio didnt work and they promised to fix it. 2 weeks later, they finally did. The AWD sensor was going off during the test drive and they said they went to Mitsubishi and had taken care of it. Apparently they just turned the light off. I took it to Mitsubishi myself to have it looked at and they ran the vin and said that car had NEVER BEEN serviced at Mitsubishi. The WORST part of this experience is the transmission felt funky to me during the test drive. The sales man said "it has a twin clutch, thats how kts supposed to feel". The transmission went out a few months after buying it. I called the extended warranty company that I purchased through them and they refused to cover it because the car had an exhaustive system on it. I bought it like that. The extended warranty company said they knew better than to sell that to me because they do not warranty cars with modifications. It cost me over $2,000 for that extended warranty. Ive been trying to get this resolved with them for literally a year. Phone, email and in person but the GM refuses to answer, reply to emails or isnt available. My request was simple, all i wanted was the cost of the warranty back since it was wrongly sold to me. No other glamorous requests. Do not buy a car here. They do anything to get you to buy the car and then disappear the moment you purchase. Selling me a warranty I cant even use was pretty much stealing my $2,000. Huge con artists!!

I normally dont spend time to review places that I have done business with, but this time I got to share a piece of my mind. At Z Auto (I-45, yep you heard me..this place only), from Salesmen, finance Manager to GM even the detailed shop guys are fantastic. They made you feel like a customer. Their friendliness, hospitality, respectful, careness are way beyond expected which you hardly find, now a days. They even gone further to ensure whatever that suits your budget. To me, what important the most is the "no pushing" attitude. So I ended up purchased 2010 ML 350 from here. It doesnt matter how the car will perform down the road, bu I am ascertain that I just have a few NEW GOOD FRIENDS. Dont take my words for granted. Give them a shot when youre in need of a reasonable pre-owned vehicle. Raul, Mike and Chris you have set examples for others. Scott.

Well My husband bought a truck from them, I have called twice asking about licence plates, left message, no one returned call. Then we receive a voicemail they are trying to get title and registration taken care of and they need a new copy of our insurance. Over a month later, and in that month, I called twice and no one could tell me that. SMH... never in our time buying vehicles have we ever had this much of a problem getting license plates and registration taken care of. Then I call to get fax number so I can get the insurance sent again, and I am told that no one is there that can give her the fax number and I am sent to voicemail. Very disappointed in this place, we will not be going back there again to purchase a vehicle, it is to each there own but I wouldnt recommend it.

Terrible ethics. They clear out error codes on vehicles. Codes that will come back in a few days. Watch your contracts, they will sell your identification. They will hand you a form and tell you it is to protect your i.d., It is in fact a form agreeing that you are okay with them selling your i.d. We have received numerous fishing attempts since I bought my car a month ago. and so have all of the people I listed as contacts. They sell your social, your license, your address, your cell phone number to anyone wanting to buy it. Just had my parents cold called saying I was in jail and they needed to send $1800 to Delaware to bond me out. Do not trust companies that do business like this

I went Z auto looking at a car and I put a $500.00 hold on the car and at the same time my sales person David explained that it was refundable if I changed my mind, so I called the next morning and spoke with David my sales person and I explained I did not want the car and he hung up on me, so I called back and spoke with Robert Burgett he said no problem he would refund my $500.00. WELL THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY YET. Looks like legal action will take place on my behalf. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE SCAMS SCAMS SCAMS - STAY AWAY - IGNORE THE STAR HAD TO PUT A STAR TO POST THIS REVIEW.

I was in the market for a different car, but I didnt exactly know what I wanted. We were greeted at the door by our salesman. He suggested several cars and helped point out the high points of each. Afterwards we selected three different cars to test drive. We really liked one particular car, and we were offered an "extended" test drive. We were allowed to take the car on a short drive across Houston and back. Even at that point we were undecided. There was never any pressure to buy. They genuinely wanted us to find the RIGHT car. These guys will really treat you right!

I came in discouraged from dealing with other dealerships with a pre approval, but Gilbert and his team made me feel special everyone worked with me all the way to even getting insurance to drive off the lot in a loaner car until my 2015 Chrysler 200 was serviced and ready. I highly recommended coming into their dealership they treat you like family and not a number!

very stupid customer service, i called about a dodge ram they have in craigslist and the sales man didnt give me any info and when i stopped him to ask my questions he hanged up on me!!!!! i called again asking about different sales person he said no its only me here. happened just today 5 minutes ago.

service is good but either way they will try to sell you a broken car.and not fix the issue.i wouldnt recommend doing buisness here the second star is just based off how friendly they are but when it comes to it they will see you a car they know is not right.
