I am from El Paso Texas, so i drove to Houston Texas where my sisters live because the car he had for sale was exactly what I was looking for, a clean car one owner car with no issues and very well taken care of; the customer service from Hugo was one of the best you can get out there, what i like the most is their transparency and honesty when it comes to disclose all the charges, never hidden charges and always willing to help you in different ways, I want to also mention that I had NO CREDIT history, and I still got approved and Hugo offered me to refinance the loan one year after I have some credit history; if you want to start your credit history, I would highly recommend to buy a car from this place one of the best decisions Ive made. Thank You Virtus Auto sales you guys are awesome looking forward to get another car from there sometime in the future : ) (edit: forgot to mention the price for the truck was very very good, taking into consideration the very low millage and condition :])

Really pleased by the professionalism yet down to earth feeling of the owner. Did not feel pressured to do anything and everything was explained well. Its was my first time ever getting financed and I did have money down, so that helped. Very honest guy and he helped me out by going down on the price( helped a college student out) If I am completely honest there was a bit of a misunderstanding with my APR, but nothing to bad. Buying a car can be stressful and there is alot of paper work and thinking you need to do, but Hugo made it pretty effortless. Id say you should check him out for a good deal! Of course you should always do your research before hand on what your want and what a car is worth, and dont be afraid to asked for things. He cleaned my car, got it reinspected and filled my gas tank.

I had been searching for a specific car for over 3 months, Had my own bank approval and all. Hugo had the car I wanted, he was very easy to work with and even offered financing terms very competitive to my own credit union terms!!!! The best part, is the customer service I got from him!!!! Warranty, and even after buying the car I text him a cosmetic issue I found and he said bring it by no problem!! My experience with Hugo has been perfect, being in sales its what I have came to expect. He answered calls and text very quickly! I would defiantly do business with him again and would recommend him to others.

Drove from SA to find out that car they were trying to sale had transmission slipping. I asked salesman why fluid was so dark and metallic. Tried to tell me it was normal. Scammers !!!! Beware and have cars inspected properly first or try avoiding all together
