I have been very disappointed in the service I received here. I had to get a refund on a purchase that I made for work so I went into the store to have an employee assure me that no one but their manager could give me a refund. He took down my information and promised me they would take care of the refund when their manager came back to town. A few days later after coming back from a business trip, I had no email verifying a refund so I went back in to have another employee tell me he could not refund me, and could not tell me who could or when they would be in. Finally the next day I called the manager and he told me that his whole staff could in fact refund a purchase. Sounds like they just didnt know how to and made up something to cover their lack of training. A week later, I finally received a refund. This company almost lost me my purchasing privileges through Texas Tech because of it taking so long to get a refund. This in turn would have negatively affected my job. I will never return to this location.

Dont go this place unless you can do the shipment without any help! The workers there are awful! I went there to mail some document but needed a prepaid label for the returning mail. They just dont help a little bit! I have to do it all by myself with the extremely slow computer in the store. I can understand that they may not be able to get a label so that I have to do it by myself. But next, something wrong with whatever and I just couldnt get the label. I spent 2 hours with the stupid computer and they didnt help. I asked them several time but they just kept saying that "I dont know whats going on there bla bla..." Then I called costumer service and solved the problem. That was a terrible experience. So dont go this FEDEX!

Chelsea B. was extremely helpful at the University Lubbock FedEx Office location, and assisted with our print order with quickness, courtesy, and no nonsense. Other employees in past experiences with FedEx Office have caused our orders to mess up or have been unhelpful. That was definitely not the case with Chelsea B. She definitely deserves praise for her approach to helping customers, and DEFINITELY deserves a raise at that. Thank you Chelsea for giving us a positive experience! It was much appreciated. The other employees can definitely look to her for some tips on how to be more helpful and courteous!

I went there yesterday (2/3/17). I called them before going there. The lady working there with name tag Lisa was very rude over phone. She was reluctant to talk as I was asking for rates about international shipping. She hung up on me at the end. Anyway I went there after confirming with her that I can send my package. After waiting for 30min in a line she told me she cant send the package. When I asked more she told me to go somewhere else. I went to the 82nd street Fedex outlet and they sent it immediately. Not only she was inefficient, she was very rude in person too.

Giving one star because Im not able to give 0 stars. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Came to make some copies on professional paper, the prints came out faded as if the printer was out of ink. Brought it to the attention of the staff and all they told me was I should have used a different paper, and brought in a digital copy instead of a paper one, and that there was nothing they could do. Went to the location on 82nd and got the same order and everything came out perfectly! Will never use this location again.

Went to this particular FedEx to simply send off a package, middle of day (after noon before3) , one girl working, long line wrapped around store, I could hear a guy on the phone in back somewhere, (maybe in the office?) Mid October, I was in there for probably 45 min. to an hour and I was about 3rd in line, CRAZY! I felt bad for the one girl in there. The boss/owner must be a cheap azz, hire more help or come in and work yourself! I would avoid this FedEx if youre in a hurry or cant stand for more than20-30 minutes

I have visited this store multiple times. The guy in the store is very sweet and helpful. On the other hand, two females in the store are extremely rude and talk as if someone is forcing them to work there. They are always there with a grumpy face and they dont help you with printouts (when I visited the store first time to get a print). I started going to the fedex on 82nd street instead though I stay close to this fedex. Worst customer service I have ever seen!!

There is a guy who is helpful while two other female staffs are very rude and unhelpful. I use this facilities multiple time and every time they gave me hard time to ship even a simple box. I use my TTU account and ask for for a price receipt. The staff gave me only tracking number and ask to call customer service number for the price receipt. This disappoint me a lot. I would nor recommend anyone to use this facility unless its urgent.

Go to the campus copy shop at the SUB building instead (open to the public) FedEx Kinkos vs Campus Copy Shop: ------------------------------------------------------------------ color copies- $0.53 vs. $0.35 tabbed dividers- $1.00 vs $0.10 binding- $5.00 vs $2.00 time to complete a small project- 1 day vs 10 minutes Additionally, the FedEx store is always backed up and slow. This is a no-brainer: dont go to FedEx Kinkos

Went in there today to get a paper printed they said it would take 2 hrs so I did the self service printers and it wasnt printing out all of my pages and no one wanted to help me. Tried to print it again and it did the same thing. I went down the street to other print shop and they printed and bound it in less than 5 minutes for me.

Chelsea is a great help!! She explained everything to me perfectly and help me threw every step process. I had a little issue printing but she helped me and everything came out great!!! Shes Def finely a keeper one of my best experiences I have had at fed ex because trust me I havent had many !!!

Close to Tech. Always too busy and very long waits even during summer. Rarely have two ppl working but thats still not enough. Line time inside is sometimes 20+ min just to speak with an employee.

They are always helpful to me, at least the gentleman is. I have found the Texas Tech shop to be slow. At least at Fed-ex you will get your project that day
