Wow. Is this a real business? Ive never felt the need to write a review about anything until now. I called to ask general questions about the business and ended up in a screaming argument with a woman possessed. Maybe I should have known everything about their business hours, pricing, and printing before trying to do business with them. (sarcasm) Sorry, your horrible attitude didnt reflect your business well.

Depressingly rude woman who makes fun of her customers when they leave the store or when she hangs up the phone with them. When faced with a general customer service problem, she flew off the handle, griped me out, and became very hateful before hanging up on me without even saying goodbye, kiss my butt, or nothing. Ink Fountain, you lost my business!

This is a small business run by the owner and it has that warm home town feel. I emailed the pdf of an appliance manual and the woman spent the time to figure out how to print like a book to match the original manual and what she charged me seemed ridiculously low for what she had to do. Not a corporate store nor is it a franchise.
