First and foremost this Badcock establishment deserves ZERO stars. I will advise anyone to stay far away!!! My father is a manager at Badcock in Mulberry, Fl for 25years. These people are not affiliated with them and their products are of very poor quality. I purchased a bed set and metal bed railing and the metal railing recently broke. Lets keep in mind Im 510 and 180Ibs. I called customer service (very rude and unprofessional) and they replaced it. Not even a month later!! Two legs of the metal railing bent and I had to take the rails off and place my (new) bed on the FLOOR!! I called customer service once again!!! I spoke to Maria and she said they couldnt replace it again or give me a different brand. Instead....she said shell give a 50% discount on the rail. The rail is $59.99. So basically she will give me $30 credit to buy ANOTHER rail of poor quality or whatever in store I want PLUS I would have to pay delivery fee $40. So Im not getting reimbursed or getting a credit to my existing account. Only receive a $30 credit "IF" I buy something else from them! I immediately called South Fl corporate once again!!! I spoke to "John Torres" the customer service Manager. He said Maria was doing me a favor since theyre only suppose to give a 25% credit. Yet again, no compassion and was a true a**hole. If I wouldve purchased the same products from Mulberry where Im from I wouldnt have this problem and customer service is completely different compared to these incompetent heartless individuals. I even spoke to a manager from there and they said they wouldve gave me money back or gave me a better quality one free of charge. But unfortunately this establishment is the sister company. Garbage!!!! Not to mention I bought a dresser draw chest from them prior to this happening BIG MISTAKE!! within the same week the knob fell off and I couldnt open it to get my daughters clothes out. And I had to call their garbage customer service. Save your money and time!!!! DONT DO IT!!!! Unless you want Lego pieces as furniture lol everything falls apart. I still have to pay off the remaining balance on my account. BUT IM SURE AS HELL!!! I WILL NOT PURCHASE A DAMN THING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

I needed a refund on half of my merchandise and i havent receive it yet, the guy told me there i would get it instantly, but dont even see a pending transaction from them. They appeal to be great, but bad in my experience.. I would recommend going to another location as well... I will never return again... They are liars!! Kept saying system was down, etc.. Im thinking bout returning all my items, because the service was so bad, i will update this as soon as they bring my merchandise... Iam very very very mad!!!!!

im not saying this just to say it but this store has the worst customer service ever they say the product is new but please pay attention to your items chip wood rip leather your better off going downtown for that type of product omg dont try complaining about the money you spend and telling them whats broken they will not care rush.you off the phone hangs up on you if you still want to visit tthis store i recommend another location or spend more at .another furniture store very unprofessional

Worse furniture place, the customer service is garbage, the products are garbage. The store manager Jim and the assistant manager Carlos are rude and don’t know how to speak to customers. They lie about your deal and once you find out it’s to late for them to do anything. You have a better chance finding something better and better quality of people at the swap shop. This place needs to fire everyone and re hire quality people starting from management

You guys dont even deserve a star, This is the worst place ever when I comes to quality it sucks i have been buying furniture from this place for years and every time I do I am disappointed I spent my hard working money buying a $3,000" leather sectional" so see you I quoted leather how u have this chair for 2 years and half of the leather is on my living room floor

They Robbed me of everything I trusted. Charged me for an item I never received. Floor Rep. Lied to me so much!! I believe they care for money and money only not the customer!! The insurance doesnt kick in till 30 days and is a delay horrible experience!!! I will not do any business and will tell all my friends and family not to get anything from Babcock!

This is the worst furniture store you can shop at. My advice will be find another store their customer service is so bad. And the way they handle business is so unprofessional. I still havent recieve my furniture yet and its been three weeks and to get a refund you have to do a lot of running around just dont go .....

The "general manager" barely speaks English and does not know how to explain himself. I had a billing issue and he was not helpful and very rude. I do NOT recommend. They threatened me about taking furniture away even though it was THEIR fault for the billing issue on my account. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Bought an amazing couch set from them. Billy was our salesman and he was great and very honest in answering our questions and helping us finding the couch set that we wanted. Highly recommended store to buy from and ask for Billy when you go there.

I received good customer service my furniture was delivered promptly only issue was the delivery guys rolling the table on the on the ground when they unloaded it. It got damaged but the furniture store offer to replace it so no major issues
