I took my dog there for a de-shedding treatment with Mac. Unknown to any of us she had a horrible allergic reaction to it and started losing her hair in clumps along with a bad rash. I had contacted the store to find out exactly what products were used so I could let my vet know. As soon as the manager and Mac found out what was going on they both went above and beyond. My dogs vet bill along with the antibiotics needed were paid for by Petco. I in no way blame anyone for this...if I didnt know she was going to be allergic how would they have known. But the courtesy, sympathy, and concern they had for my dog...especially Mac...have kept me as a loyal customer. I wouldnt go to anyone else but her.

I love the groomers at petco. They are always pleasant and welcoming. I appreciate that they always make sure that my dogs vaccination records are up to date. I like knowing that my dog is not around dogs that are unvaccinated. Mac goes above and beyond for my corgi who is scared of forced air driers. She is always sweet and understanding. And my dog looks great when shes done. Even when Im just going into petco to shop, I can always see that they are treating the animals well, and with with respect.

the pet grooming was horrible!! I would not recommend them to anyone. Also .I complained about my service and they said "next visit you will get 20% off" no I want it done right. A half brushed dog who is still shedding everywhere is not worth 50$.. beware .... I agree with below the same man told us that wrong information about fish and acted like he was to busy to help us... I would highly encourage going to Missoula at Petsmart... yes its a long drive but to me having quality service is worth it !

My dog Rowdy loves coming into the groomers at Petco. His favorite is Mac. She has been nothing but amazing with my little guy. He is always cut and trimmed so well that youd think he was a show dog. Mac is so accommodating and helpful when picking out styles and she shares how the grooming will be done. Above and beyond what most groomers do. I would send anyone and everyone I know to see Mac and all the employees at the grooming department. They are AWESOME!!!! Keep up the good work!!

I took my dogs to Petco and Mac was their groomer. She did such an amazing job!! When someone says that Mac was awful must not have had their ducks in a row. YOUR ANIMALS MUST BE UP TO DATE ON THEIR VACCINATIONS IN ORDER TO BE GROOMED AT PETCO!!!!!! Plain and simple!!! She is so compassionate and caring to each and every animal that she grooms! Your review is not telling the whole story (you know who you are). I highly, highly recommend Mac!!!

I will not shop at Petco again. The groomers would not trim my dogs nails because she has cancer. Thats ridiculous. Its not like a nail trim is going to make her condition worse. And its not like she could infect another dog with cancer. I am speechless. I will not be bringing my other dog here anymore. Very disappointed.

People are always so nice to me. I really only shop for my lizards but they always have what I need. When I rescued my crested Geko from people throwing him away in his cage . I had a lot of questions. Lucky the person who helped me knew a lot. Hes gaining weight and is doing great. :)

Took our boy Pepper here for the first time. Pepper is a Border Collie mix who had recently adopted us. Staff was very helpful. We had purchased a harness for him, and we wanted to make sure that it for correctly. Thanks! Pepper (and family) will be back!

Friendly staff and decent supplies. A great store, I love the weekend Pet Pawsee people that adopt out cats. But the building is old, you can tell by the worn and dirty corners, and the staff isnt always knowledgeable enough about the fish.

Mac is the BEST groomer EVER!! She is so compassionate with animals and takes special care of each animal she grooms. I would trust my Lab and Australian Shepherd with her care any day! Thanks, Mac!!

Great place to shop for the 4 legged family members. I attend a puppy class and my trainer is the best. Jessica is friendly and helpful with helping train our little William get along with others.
