This was my first time here and although the people working there were polite and asked if I needed help looking for a collar/leashes twice that was as far as their help went. I was looking at cheaper brands since I was going to purchase several for a rescue and was told to look at the leather ones because dogs chew through nylon. I wasnt asked what kind of dog I have or how old. Just I should get leather. I didnt bother explaining to them at that point that I was going to purchase several. They couldnt even explain why similar leads were priced differently yet they were certain that I should get a leather collar. I quietly left and went to another store that wasnt trying to push their most expensive product just for the sale.

This place has way more options than the big chain pet stores. Prices are better here. And they have a buyers club where you can earn free pet food just for buying the pet food youre already buying at their lower prices.
