Horrible service department! First off, I had my rearend replaced here. The kid called me twice the whole 3 weeks it was there. After I got my car back it began whining again. So I took it to another dealership who said they couldnt touch it since this dealership had just replaced the rearend. Okay, fine. I bring it back and they have it for over 2 weeks. During the whole 2 weeks they rotated my tires and told me to buy new tires that it was just "road noise". I had to call every other day to get updates on my car and what was going on because the kid would never call. I even asked the kid in the service department were they really refusing to check the rearend or anything else and he told me yes. That I needed to buy new tires and if that $1,000 didnt fix it then bring it back. I got my car back, tires were fine. I now have my car at grapevine dodge and they told me there is a very large service request out on a driveshaft whine and they have no idea why this dealership didnt start on it. There is also a service request out on drivetrain whine. My driveshaft is being replaced now at a GOOD dealership. I will never bring my car back here, not even for an oil change.

RED FLAG! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! I took my truck in for transmission problems. My truck only has 46k miles on it and is well under the warranty period. The service team told me they will not repair my truck under factory warranty and I need to pay $5000 for them to fix.. I immediately called ram customer care to see what was going on. Ram stated that my truck should definitely be covered under warranty. I called Klement back to tell them I was coming to get my truck and take to a dealer that will repair under warranty. The manager said if I take my truck somewhere else then he will personally get with the power train warranty department and have my warranty voided! Long story short, now I cannot get a dealer to get repairs done under warranty... I spoke with the general manager of Klement and with Karl Klement himself and Karl simply stated that he doesnt care to hear my side of the story and he has already talked with his employees and I can get an attorney involved if I want to go any further... Very disrespectful! No customer service! Very rude and lie to your face and it all starts at the top with Karl Klement! Worst experience ever

I cant say anything nice about the service dept here. I brought my 2010 town and country in for a factory recall I didnt have the 3rd key I had purchased separately from the key fobs and since they changed my whole ignition my key wont work they told me that day to bring it in theyll take care of it. I bring it back then Im told Oh sorry to have it reprogrammed it has to be done the day of service which is NOT what they said already so its costing me another 50 and an hour wait to get done. They also did something to the button release on my gear shift (above the ignition) and a panel on my dash is popped up and wont stay down. I asked them the day of service about it and was told they didnt touch those parts! Someone is lieing their tales off. This will be my last visit here.

I pulled in to their used car lot. No people, no parking spaces, just a dirty metal building with boxes stacked in. Finally someone ran across the street to help me. He was very rude and condescending. I told him I was looking for a Ram truck just under 30k. He smiled and said he did not have anything under that price. Uh, sorry but I was asking for a 30k truck not a crappy cash car! He pointed to a 90s model (I think) ugly green pickup and said hed sell me that one for $10,500. I asked if he had Rams at all. He said no. No "lets go inside and check inventory" or "here is my card" or "can I get your number in case anything comes in". Just a no and goodbye. How snarky! I have never been treated so poorly.

I own a Dodge 5.9 Cummins. My goal is to put 1,000,000 miles on the dashboard. For that to happen, maintenance is crucial.. I know my way around an engine bay and thats why I like the service techs at Klement. They are upfront, honest, and they dont try to sell you something you dont need. There is also another gentleman in particular named Josh Prock. If you have a concern, a question, or special requests... He handles it and is always on point..

If you are looking for honesty, integrity and simplicity this is your dealership. From our initial phone conversation, test drives, negotiations and to driving off the lot... (YES, we purchased) we had a very positive experience. Please note, we chose to drive 1.25 hours (bypass numerous dealerships) to purchase from this dealership and highly recommend anyone from the Metroplex to make this easy drive... you will not regret.

I own a 2014 Ram 4x4 diesel. I am a local business owner and my problem is not the dealership, service department is informative and will tell you potential issues on the phone. My issue is Ram these trucks are completely terrible Im out $2,500 for bad hubs. I thought I got a Ram instead I got a goat.
