It isnt only a "rating" but please consider this as a psa. Dont let this place touch your car! This guy not only did shoddy work on my car, but didnt even give me a complete, part by part, itemized invoice after asking repeatedly. On top of that, he stole parts from my car. After confronting him tirelessly to adjust the repeat $200 charge for a left control arm that I pre-paid for weeks ago, I gave up, paid his invoice and took this matter to my credit card company for dispute (ruled in my favor). He repeatedly refused to honor warranty, accused me of get this "stealing" and now I have sunk money that I cant get back. On top of all this, he ruined my car that has a lot of sentimental value to me. I have demoralizing texts from him showing what sort of reliability and service can be expected. When confronted, he threatens to have a "pending" case with authorities and possess my car, which he really cant since I paid him in full. Rameen (if thats his name) lives in his own world of deceit and delusion and thinks he can keep operating like this. When he is made aware of this, he responds with rude comments and tops it off with good luck to you! I wouldnt recommend doing any business with this guy (need I say more) and be on a lookout for any business that misrepresents in any ads Craigslist or somewhere else. I dont always post online, but I would consider this post successful if it prevents anyone from getting cheated and saves frustrations and headache of dealing with people like him down the road. This is all I can do in my situation after all.

STAY AWAY FROM NBZ AUTO SALES This guy Ramin is a very dishonest salesman. I made sure to let him know from the jump that it was hard to trust someone after I had just got burned by another salesman. He assured me everything was good with the car bust something seemed off so I insisted I go to a mechanic to do a buyers check. It came out fine from the mechanic no problems thats what I thought. 2 months down the line my car starts having issues when I tried accelerating and decelerating. I knew I better take this car in and have it checked hoping for the better. I go into the shop and the transmission is done. So I asked the mechanic at the store how much it would cost to fix the car and he said it would cost the same amount of money it cost to buy the car. The price of this Hyundai Elantra 2004 is $3000. PLEASE IF YOU ARE READING THIS DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THIS SHADY CAR DEALER. IF YOU DO YOU ARE DOING AT YOUR OWN RISK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. STAY AWAY FROM NBZ AUTO SALES

Run by a guy named Matt who doesnt speak very good English. This doesnt bother me. But he lied about the damage and misrepresented the condition of a car I was looking at. On top of it, he verbally agreed 3 times to pay for an inspection of the car, and then would not pay once the inspection took place. He didnt even bother to show up at the time of inspection and had his nephew come get us the keys. I expect small dealer cars like this to be not perfect, but the least they can do is not waste peoples time like they did to me. They had another car on the lot that was a lot better condition that I may have been interested in if this one didnt turn out, but not after what Matt pulled with me.

Ramin is a liar and a con man. He posts ads on craigslist like he is the owner but he is not. He sold me a saab and swore it was a great car up and down. A week later it was not turning over, well the starter was broke. No problem he said give me $300 and I will put a new bosch starter on. It didnt work! Finally the Saab mechanic took off the starter and told me it was an off name poor quality stater not even meant for that car. I went back out there and guess what another Saab on the lot EXACTLY like mine. I sure hope you dont lose $5,300.00 like I did. Good Luck!!!!!

Too Average

Ive never bought a car here, but my brother referred me here for mechanical work. Great prices, honest, fair, great work! My whole family gets all of their mechanical work there now. They recently hired a body guy and they repainted a part of my moms car and popped out a dent. They did a fantastic job for a fantastic price. When I do need a new car, Ramin even said he will hunt down a 2010 CRV for me a the auction! This is a small family owned company, so dont expect a corporate setting, but I love that about them.

Dirty cars, dirty lot, in the correspondence with him (texting) made it sound like he was a private owner (which is what he listed on Craigslist), when in fact he is a dealer. A crappy one at that. If you start off lying from the get go, probably safe to say he lies about everything. Do your research.

The owner is a great guy and met us there after hours when I rented a Uhaul trailer. My only complaint is that the place is not very clean. However, the bathroom was spotless! Which is definitely a good thing.

Dishonest from day one...advertises cars as "private seller" on Craigslist, just to find out youre talking to a dealership. Someone who starts a business transaction in a dishonest way doesnt deserve my money.

This guy keeps listing cars on Craigslist pretending hes a private seller. When youre first contact with a dealer is him trying to con you, it doesnt get any better.
