Be ready to be lied to. Period. These people will lie to your face with big happy smiles and once they have you on contract youll realize you just made the BIGGEST mistake by going with them. Do yourself a huge favor, dont go to Capitol Motorsports. We all know car salesman do what they do, but these people are shady car salesman INCARNATE. First off make sure YOU READ EVERYTHING, in fact, have anything you would sign with them reviewed by an attorney first. Because they will say whatever they can to put your fears to rest but if you missed anything in your contract thats the part they will stick in your face and blame your for. There is no such thing as taking care of the customer after they have taken the customers money. NOTHING. They will tell you that you should have read the fine print, you signed it, your fault, and HANG UP ON YOU. Do yourself a huge favor, dont get lulled in to a fake security with how these people treat you before you sign. They are snakes and they will get you. I had it written in my lease that they would correct an issue with the car, I was told come back whenever theyll take care of me as long as its on paper, give me a loaner, no problem. I made a mistake not to read the fine print, apparently despite what they told me I only had thirdy days, and between my son being born three months early and being in and out of the NICU, making sure he would live, I didnt get back to them until after the 30 days, they they gave me the run around for 3 weeks before then telling me its my fault, Im to blame (there words, kept telling me "your to blame sir, its your fault" very nice way to treat your customer" thats not even mentioning how Im being ripped off on the deal with the car, because they will say everything to get you to feel like you have no other option. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN SUCH A HIGH PRESSURE SITUATION where they will lie to your face. go to carmax or somewhere where they will hold themselves to a level of integrity, these people dont understand how to treat a paying customer, other then to try to treat them like a sucker. 30 days later its my problem but funny how long after 30 days Im still paying for the car. and lets not forget its documented in my lease as a previous issue before purchase that THEY failed to correct before selling, that THEY said they would fix, and now THEY are DENYING RESPONSIBILITY and REFUSING TO CORRECT. AND IF THATS HOW THEY WORK THEN WHAT ELSE COULD IT BE, FOR ME ITS DOOR LOCKS BUT FOR YOU IT COULD BE A BLOW ENGINE THAT 31 DAYS LATER YOU PAY ON FOR 5 YEARS AT 27% INTEREST, BUYER BEWARE!!!

I went to Capitol Motorsports a week after taking the motorcycle training course in Mid-September. I spoke with Bill, who took me thru the inventory until we found a V-Star 650 that was perfect for me. Being a new rider the bike was delivered to me, and I only rode in near my house for the first couple months. About 2 months later I was comfortable enough to take my motorcycle for a little bit longer of a drive. I went all the way to San Antonio from Austin with no trouble. On the ride back the motorcycle lost all power, and shut down. Being closer to San Antonio than Austin, I had to load the motorcycle up, and take it to my parents’ house in San Antonio. I was very concerned as I bought the motorcycle as is, and thought that I would be stuck with a horrible repair bill, not to mention that the motorcycle was stuck in another city. After a week of trying to figure out what caused the failure, I decided that I would email the salesman (Bill) just to let him know what happened, and how disappointed I was with the situation. I can honestly say that I didn’t think that I would hear back from anyone, but less than 2 hours later, Bill emailed me back. In his email he was very apologetic, and told me that they would take care of me. He had the shop manager Shawn call me. After discussing what happened, Shawn setup to have one of his drivers go get the motorcycle from San Antonio. A huge relief as I was so unsure of how to get it back here to them. Once at the shop he had his guys tear the motorcycle down, only to find out that the motor had locked up. He called to let me know what was wrong, and my heart sank as that was the worst possible news. I guess he could hear the disappointment in my voice, and quickly jumped in to let me know that I was part of the Capitol Motorsports family. He advised that they would get me taken care of, within 2 days he had a new motor shipped in. He took care of everything for me, and called me this past Friday to pick my motorcycle up. They did a wonderful job, and I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am to have made my purchase with them. You always hear of the promises salesmen say to make a sale, but these guys back it up. I am proud to be part of the Capitol Motorsports family, and will be sending some friends their way soon. Great Job Guys, and thanks again Brian.

Id recommend eMotion Motorsports to anyone and everyone. Zane and JD made buying my 350z so painless I even looked forward to talking with them. They were not pushy or shady, there were no hidden costs and they were friendly, forthcoming and knowledgeable. JD answered all of my questions in a straightforward and instructive manner. He knew everything from the specs of the vehicle I was buying to where the grab point on my clutch was. My test drive was more like a joy ride. It wasnt your average "go down the street and make a decision" experience. Sitting down and budgeting with Zane was easy. He helped me with everything regarding my finances and gave me almost step-by-step instructions on how to sign up and who to talk to at my bank. A few days after buying the car, the motor went out in my drivers seat. If you know any better youd know this is a pretty common problem in Nissans and Infinitis, which is unfortunate, but the car I bought is 9 years old and it was bound to go out at some point. When I called them about it, they immediately sent me to Shreve Automotive to get it fixed up - - very pricey fix, but I had to pay a fourth of it. They covered the rest. Zane even offered to pay on my behalf out of pocket knowing Im moving out in a week. Ive worked at a few dealerships in both the garage and in parts and couldnt help but feel terribad for half of the customers coming in, they wouldnt have received half of the quality of customer service Ive received. In the Austin area there are shops and dealerships on every corner, but driving 45 minutes out to eMotion was one of the best decisions Ive made apropos to purchasing a vehicle. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thanks guys!

The sales people are friendly and try to be helpful. It is the financing company they use that you need to be aware of. The girls that run it are beyond stupid on a regular basis. Every payment I make there is some type of mistake THEY make. One time my payment receipt ended up in a spam email box. Seriously?? How does something like that get sent to SPAM?? Took me 3 extra days to get them to process the payment because the lady wanted to argue that I had not paid. She did not even have the decency to apologize for being rude when she found the email. They do not try to make up for mistakes. I tried to get a vehicle payment from them because of the amount of time their mistakes caused me to be without a vehicle and they would not even do something small to keep a customer. They are so beyond useless in that office. Trying to get them to call you back or answer a phone is beyond impossible. This can take you 15 tries a days being routed through the useless phone lines they have. You get transferred to no where and the phone just hangs up on you. Prepare to spend at least 8 solid hours of calling before someone will grace you with answering and when they do they will always sound frustrated like you are bothering them.BUYER BEWARE!! If you do purchase a vehicle from here use your own financing. I will never be using the services at Capitol Motorsports again and I will make sure all the people who are looking to buy a car are not referred here.
