Unfortunately, Im revising this review to focus exclusively on facts and let you, the consumer, make the final judgement. Im trying to be as fair as possible to the Terry Davidson Auto group and feel strongly that I have 1st amendment right to inform the public of my experience. On Friday, June 20th, I met the owner, Terry Davidson, to inspect a motorcycle on their used car lot. We exchanged pleasantries and Terry seemed like a nice enough guy. I left his office with a sales price including TTL. I told him that I needed time to think it over. The next day, I called Terry and told him that I would purchase the bike at the agreed upon price. We agreed to meet at a specific time on the following Monday to complete the transaction. At this point, I thought for certain that we had a oral contact that he intended to honor. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Terry called me at 4pm that same day to inform me he had sold the bike to another gentlemen. He informed me that he sold it for his asking price. This price of course was more than our prior agreed upon price. I guess the old saying "an oral contract is as good as the paper its written on" is a very accurate depiction. As a small business owner, I feel this was not very professional of Terry Davidson. Additionally, I had taken several hours out of my day to clear space for my new anticipated toy and spent time advertising one of my KTMs that was to be replaced. At the end of the day, the Terry Davidson is a used car dealer. I assumed he held higher standards of professional conduct, especially considering the aftermath. As such, I will stay far away from this business and would never recommend them to anyone. UPDATE: Once my review posted, Terrie called my personal phone twice and has send me multiple texts harassing me. I honestly feel threatened. He demanded that I remove my reviews as they slander his business. My review is factual and my statements about his business professionalism are my honest opinions. I am not implying they are terrible people or out to intentionally rip anyone off. Maybe my experience is a rare exception. It is sad that I received a text from him or one of his sons stating "Youve never met me but you put you wrote about me. I know who you are. Slander me all you want online." Thats a direct quote, illogical as it reads. Further, Terrie told me I was a criminal and apparently tried to run background checks on me. Why? Not sure but certainly makes me question his integrity and intent. If you choose to do do business with them, good luck and best wishes.

My review is being posted for two reasons. I just bought a Toyota 4 runner from Terry and his sons Jeremy and Chris. The other is because I am floored by the post from Dev Gint. I have been in the car business since I got out of college in 1988 so its not like I dont know this business inside and out. I used to work for Terry and after experiencing first hand the integrity and commitment that he has and see someone continually place customers, his reputation of always doing what is right way above making money, has created a friendship between Terry and I that has lasted over 15 years. NOT ONCE in 15 years have I ever seen Terrys integrity falter, not in the car business nor in his personal life. Because Terry has such tremendous character I drove all the way from Iowa to purchase two of my vehicles from Terry and Billie. Oh and by the way I was working at another dealership when I purchased them!!! I would not buy a vehicle anywhere else. I have sent every friend and family member to see any one of the Davisons to purchase vehicles because I know that I will NEVER have to worry about them not having the best experience purchasing their next vehicle. Devin G. the only word you got right in your review was the first one!!!! Unfortunately. Unfortunately you feel you are blessing Austin with your review. Your not! Austin would be a much better place, as would the world if more small business owners operated their businesses with the character and integrity that Terry and his family do. Austin, dont pay any attention to this punks post. Go in and see any of the Davisons for the best car or bike buying experience they are all simply put THE BEST!! Dave K.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Terry Davidson Auto Imports. I originally saw the vehicle I wanted on their website. I reviewed the Carfax that was provided on the site and did my research. The price was fair and the 2002 Lexus had low miles. I visited the dealership three separate times from 80 miles away before I made my decision to make the purchase. There was no high pressure sell. Terry and sons were professional and were available for any questions I had about the vehicle. The low interest financing was made available and the loan processing took less than an hour before I was on the road in my vehicle. If you want to purchase a nice, used vehicle at a fair price without the high pressure pitch, check this place out.

I recently purchased a Jeep Rubicon from here and I have never had a smoother car buying experience anywhere. The staff was absolutely great and they helped me get an amazingly low rate with my financing. I never felt like I was jumping through hoops or being fed a bunch of BS. Purchasing my new-to-me 2005 Mazda Miata from Terry Davison was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had! A small, family owned business, I received immediate, personal attention. I was not pressured in the least. After a test drive, I took the car to my personal mechanic, and while I played, they did the paperwork. I got a fabulous, immacuately clean car at an outstanding price - below Blue Book value. Hands down, Terry Davison and his sons are the best auto dealers around. I recently traded a vehicle and purchased a Toyota from them. The process was SO easy, and they were very accommodating and fair! They gave me FAR more than I expected for my trade, AND I got a sweet deal on my Sequoia. Friendly, great selection of CLEAN cars, superior service...will definitely buy my next car with them!

I have done business with Terry since the late 80s. He and his son Jeremy are straight forward. No games no gimmicks. They pay more for trade-ins than most dealers. Even if i am buying a new car from a new car dealer, I get Terry or Jeremy to give me a bid. They always beat the new car stores. It keeps his inventory fresh and he gets a look at all the good stuff!!
