We just purchased a 2014 Seirra 1500 Denali from this hometown dealership. WOW!!! What a delightful experience. Nothing like Ive had in the past where sales pressure is applied and Ive had to settle for something I really didnt want. The salesmen were very personable, knowledgeable and upfront with the entire process and made sure I was not only happy, but getting the best deal possible. I would highly recommend them for your next purchase of a GM product. Ive been coming to the dealership for repair work on my GM vehicles for about 10 years. The service managers and techs are awesome. They make sure Im happy with the repair work and answer any questions I may have - no matter how silly or trivial sounding. They take the time to tell me exactly whats wrong, what its going to take to make it right, and the price...all up front, no hidden agenda, no nothing. Be wary of this dealership! They promise the best price to get you in, and then change the numbers. They will try to win you over with their service department in the hopes you forget about their higher prices. When I refused to pay their increased prices both the salesman and the manager’s demeanor began to turn juvenile. In the end I was lucky and realized I should not purchase a vehicle there. After going to the other GMC dealerships I was able to buy the same vehicle for more than $800.00 cheaper than their "best price."
