I would like to start off by saying that when I first started dealing with Boughan Auto sales they were very nice, understanding and helpful. I got a beautiful car for a great price. That I am very thankful for. There was a minor light problem that they scheduled to be fixed, no problem. Well, after having the SUV for only TWO days, I began to feel that the brakes were grinding. I called to ask the owner (who had been driving it for a year) when the last brake service had been done. I was told that he had never had anything done with the brakes in all the time that he was driving it. I had someone at "Just Brakes" check it out and I was told this has been a problem in the making for quite some time. When I called the owner to talk about him fixing the brakes (atleast the one that is clearly bad) he said "No, I already lost money on this deal and I wont pay to have the brakes fixed. I will get them fixed and you can pay my "at cost" price but I will not pay for this." This guy flat out refuses to help me. If you are even thinking about purchasing a car from Boughan Auto Sales, you should take the car to get a checked out by Lemon Busters, your trusted mechanic, a dealership, etc. Do NOT take the word of any of the sales men. My opinion, they just want to make the sale.

very shady used car lot. i paid cash for a suv that had prior problems they attempted to conceal. 1. a/c system had been filled with UV dye that shows prior a/c problems 2. cv axles on the front are making a popping noise EVERYwhere we go. 3. the suv had lock nuts and they cant FIND the keys to them that they promised me, so if i have a flat im stuck!! 4. i still havent got my plates or title ------my wife just cries when we talk about how they ripped us off, this was supposed to be a fun investment we saved for years and now its a nightmare i cant even sell it now, stay away youve been warned..

I bought 2005 Mercedes Benz from here. Next day my wife had problem starting. She called DAN. DAN came within half hour (30 miles away) and helped my wife. Next day same problem and my wife contacted DAN. DAN said to bring the car immediately and then he got new battery replaced within half hour and he said please call me or my staff anytime if you have problem. Thanks for excellent service. Also Alex got me car loan at 5% less interest rate (with my bad credit) compare to what I was offered by other 2 lenders and he also got me a best extended warranty for my car. Thanks Alex.

Worst experience ever! I bought a truck through them back in December 2014. Ive waited over 7 months on my title, license plate, and registration.. I live out of town now and every time I call, its poor customer service and no one is helpful. I recently called and now they closed their location, didnt give a forwarding number and I never received any of my paperwork. This business is awful and no one should ever buy from them.
