I bought my car from them in the end of April (08) and its now almost August. So far so good. The salesman I delt with was a little annoying (Rueben), but the manager (Jesse) has been great, and the other gentleman in the office that always takes my payments when I stop in is wonderful, too. Never have caught his name, tho. My car has been wonderful. Low miles. Clean. Good price (for someone with less than perfect credit and very few options). I had been driving a giant suburban when gas prices started to sky-rocket... and even with my lack-luster credit they were able to work with me and get me in a much more economical Chevy Malibu. Its been a wonderful change. Additionally, I ran into a tight spot this month payment wise. I was going to be moving to a new apartment and not only is moving pricey, but all the bills seemed to just fall on the same paycheck together... you know how it goes sometimes. *sigh* So I called their main financing office to see about making a payment arrangement, to pay a week and a 1/2 late (on my next pay day). The woman on the line was so pleasant and helpful (Star)... not only did she tell me that paying late was fine, but she told me I didnt have to worry about a late fee because my payments in the past had all been on time and she understood my situation (I think the fact that I had a little bit of a credit on my account from a couple slight over-payments might have helped). She even offered to help me move my payment due date once I had my account caught up on my next pay day (so I didnt have to worry about everything falling onto the same paycheck again). She was a doll. So, yeah: I cant find enough good things to say about Time Auto. I dont know much about the rest of their locations, but working with the folks at the Burnet location was a wonderful experience. :) I highly recommend them to anyone in a tight spot with questionable credit that just wants a break to start over. Theyre so helpful and really understand. -Jes

As is, buyers beware, they sell crap cars that break down on you after the second car payment, rueben or (red) is hands down the biggest sleeze ball car salesman around.they will not work with you, they are rude and like to yell at you on speaker phone in front of the whole office, trying to intimidate you and being very unprofessional, I will tell all my friends and anyone who needs a car not to go here...the worst, BUYERS BE WARE, all cars are AS IS, and when they break down wich they will, they say as Is sorry, you singed a contract. Call star, then star says call rueben, star is great tho, Ohh ya they didnt put on my back tire on right and popped 2 lug nuts off, rueben said someone must have tried to steal the rims, but we will fix it for 100$.

after my car was diagnosed by one of their mechanics I was told I needed a new engine. $3k ! Second opinion told me it was the fuel pump $500. They tried to swindle me by this diagnosis and they even offered to finance it to me for the length remaining on my loan. These people take advantage of people with less than perfect credit and lack of automobile knowledge.

These guys are crooks and liars. Their vehicles are thousands over priced so they market to hispanics that dont get that they are being screwed over. The Owner Bill Munday is the worst because he approves of all of the lies his salesman spin to get a sale.

The car started giving me issues a month after purchasing. The people are really rude and the entire business is a rip-off! The worst decision I have ever made when it comes to automobiles was choosing Time Auto.
