I called earlier in the day and was told that they had frames in the price range we needed. I drove all the way out there and the young girl behind the counter was not friendly and was rude. When I told her what I was told on the phone she acted like she couldnt understand what I was saying. Our insurance only covers a particular price of frame. The basic conversation went a bit like this... Me: My insurance covers the $xx.xx price range. Her rolling her eyes: well we dont have anything for you here. Me: I called earlier and was informed that you did. Her still with a look of disgust: Well I havent seen any. Me: Ok well then I guess I will just go to the other location. Her: They arent open today. Me: Im aware of that. Thats why I came here. Her: Youll be better off there anyway. Excuse me? Just because I have to stay in a particular price range does not by any means give you the right to talk to a customer with such a holier than thou attitude. And if you were having a bad day, get over it and put on your happy face. I worked for an optometrist years ago so maybe my standards of customer relations is a bit old fashioned but I do NOT recommend going to THIS location.

Just completed my first visit today and was thoroughly impressed with not only the cute and clean atmosphere but by the friendliness of the staff and exceptional care by the doctor. I was seen by Dr. Joshua Dabbs and was beyond pleased with the service he provided. I am a nurse so bedside manners is very important. He is very patient with you, explains everything in great detail, and will answer any questions you may have. I asked if he would kindly be my new dentist from this point forward :-) Thank you!

My daughter had a difficult case and needed to be numbed. She was so afraid and even had gotten hysterical. The staff was super nice and understanding. They were able to calmed my daughter down and get the services completed. She is also no longer afraid of the dentist. Awesome job!

Dont go here! I And my son both had accidents that broke our teeth. Both were not properly repaired. My sons repair fell out the next day and mine was left more damaged than when started. The staff was in professional. I will never return.

Both locations are beautiful and the staff is wonderful! Dr. Gast did amazing implant bridges on my husband. All the Doctors here are very informative! Highly recommend! My daughter loves the playground while we wait. Such a great idea!
