I cant help but feel discriminated against here. First time I walked in the owner looked at me and literately stated I was at the wrong place, (maybe because I appear non white and perhaps didnt seem like I could a car) but indeed I was a customer looking for a car. I was gonna just walk out after that, but the sales person who I was working with convinced me to stay. He didnt not apologize for his remarks. If a manager act in this behavior, I dont need to wonder how his employers are going to treat people. When I brought my car in to get service, no one seems to care about your time. I walked around asking for help and updates but everyone seems they were too busy to help out a customer. (while I peak into the service room everyone was just hanging around cracking jokes) but they claimed they are under staff. Which is always the case when they take forever to fix or give you updates. If you have warranty on your car, make sure you tell them. Otherwise theyll try to charge even just to look your car. I wish I didnt purchase my car from here, but its already too late. Im here to warn those who come after.

My wife and I had a great experience with Minuteman Auto. They saw me looking at the vehicle in the lot and before I even asked they offered me to give it a test drive at any time and even take it to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection - which I later did and the vehicle inspection was just as they said it was, perfect. They were not pushy sales type people and very laid back. We were given respect at all times and felt like we had an honest experience. Their little office on site may not be "spick and span" like a fancy dealership but the service is great. Weve since had the car for a month and will be enjoying it for a long time. Ive texted the shop a few times for some post-sale follow up items and they had always gotten back to me right away with no hassle. Fowzi, Kalhid, and John were all wonderful to work with and we would recommend anyone to visit Minuteman Auto.

I had purchased a car from them and it has been the most reliable car I have ever bought in my live. I absolutely could not be more happy. Loved the price and they were so honest with me and put no pressure on me to buy. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family. The last car I bought was from buerkle Honda and it gave me nothing but problems. And I had paid so much more for it. I will be buying my next car from them but it will be so many years and years before Im done with this one because it is so dependable and I would drive it anywhere.

We just bought a car from these guys. Seem to be all right took an extra phone call to remind them to file for a license plate/ transfer the title. And when they fixed car before they sold it to us they painted over the cruise control sensor. If I cant get it cleaned off its going to cost $1,100 just for the sensor. I will reevaluate this review after the situation is resolved. Edit: well I have to buy a new sensor so I will be taking down another star.

Ive gotten one cars and my sister has gotten 3 for her family .Its the best, cheapest dealer in Minnesota.The cars were cheap and working great Ive had mine for a year now and I havent had one problem. The people who work there are the most honest and hard working people in town. I recommend going to Minute man for your future great car.

I purchased a car that was looking good , after one day the battery was dead, replaced and then a lot more issues were showing, talked to the dealer and they refused to help, this car is possibly for junk yard since repairs are very expensive this is the worst auto sales nightmare for me, never ever again will buy from a small dealer.

Just bought my 2nd vehicle from Khalid. Always easy to deal with. Let me test drive 6 or 7 cars over a couple weeks before I made up my mind. They do a good job on the repairs. Bought my car for 50% of its retail value. Will definitely be back! D.W. Prior Lake
