My fiance purchased my ring from Ricards and I recently had some issues with the diamond. I brought it in and they had it taken care of promptly and without any hassle. I got the ring back and still wasnt completely satisfied and they took care of what was needed and gave me my ring back as good as new. They stand by their products and have very reasonable prices! I would recommend Ricards to anyone in the market for quality jewelry.

My boyfriend proposed to me recently and presented me with a wedding set from Ricards. The engagement ring is beautiful, as is the wedding band. I have to go back to get them sized properly, and am sure that the staff will be as helpful and courteous as they were to my fiance when he was ring shopping!
