FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS MY BOYFRIEND HAS GOTTEN ME MY CHRISTMAS PRESENT THERE AND I WAS ALWAYS VERY PLEASED. UNFORTUNATELY THERE WONT BE A THIRD YEAR ABOUT A WEEK AGO I WENT TO THEM TO SEE WHAT I WANTED FOR CHRISTMAS LATER TELL MY BOYFRIEND WHAT I LIKED LIKE I HAVE DONE IN THE PAST. BUT THIS TIME IT WASNT AS PLEASANT AS THE LAST TIMES. I WANTED TO GET A RING SOMETHING SIMPLE YET NICE. THE ASS... EXCUSES THAT "HELPED" ME IF YOU CAN SAY THAT. SHOWS SOME RING THAT IT WASNT WHAT I WANTED AS SOON AS I WENT IN I KNEW WHAT I WANTED. I GO TO THAT CASE WHERE I SEE THE RING I WANT. WHEN I TELL HIM THE RING I WANT TO SEE AND TRY ON INSTEAD OF THIS "SALES MAN" TELLING ME ITS NICE INSTEAD HE TELLS ME THAT "OH THAT IS REALLY EXPENSIVE" . IMMEDIATELY I JUST WANTED TO GET OUT OF THERE AND FORGET THAT I HAS VARIOUS PIECES OF JEWELRY FROM THEM. THAT WAS STRAIGHT UP DISCRIMINATION WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE THEY RUNNING. AFTER HE HAD TOLD ME THAT I TRIED TO IGNOR IT I TOLD HIM MORE THEN TWICE THAT MONEY WAS NOT THE ISSUE, AS HE TOLD ME AGAIN THAT THE RING I WANTED WAS TOO TOO EXPENSIVE.THE LAST FEW TIMES I AHVE BEEN THERE THE GIRLS HAVE BEEN REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL BUT THE GUY WAS A TOTAL YURK. THIS HAPPENED ON A SUNDAY, MONDAY AFTERNOON RIGHT OF WORK I WHEN STRAIGHT OVER THERE I WISH I COULD HAVE SPOKEN TO THE OWNER NOT THE CRAPY "MANAGER". THE RING I WANTED IS THERE BUT JUST FOR THAT I WILL GO SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I have been a customer at Arias Jewelers for approximately 15 years. First and foremost Sergio is the most honest man that anyone can have the privilege of meeting. I had seven loose diamonds of various karat weights - because of the expertise that Sergio brings to Arias he designed and created a setting to accomadate all seven diamonds into an eternity ring. One of his international customers contacted me to see his creation and requested that he design one similiar for her. At Arias professionalism is a top priority - and the creativity and craftmanship are phenomenal! I have had several pieces of jewelry repaired at Arias - but to be clear all the pieces were heirlooms that were passed down to me - any piece designed created or purchased at Arias have only required routine maintenance. Anyone looking for exceptional service - courtesy - professionalism and honesty I highly recommend Arias Jewelers. It is truly a 5 STAR business!!

I posted this review to Facebook, but since google+ probably shows up first when searching for reviews of places, I figured Id post here as well. Sergio is fantastic! The first time I went to him I needed a ring resized. He was able to do it right away and offered a better price than other jewelers Id spoken to. He also polished and resized one of my grandmothers rings. So when I needed my watch repaired, I had no other thoughts than Sergio at Arias! He let me know that while he did not have the crystal needed to replace the faceplate, he could order it and have the watched fixed in ten days. I agreed. And Im so glad I did! Not only did he repair the watch in a timely manner, he also made sure it was exactly as I wanted it before asking me to pay for it. He is forever professional and its obvious that he has a passion for the jewelry he works with!

Incredibly unprofessional, I called to schedule an appointment and got "Sergio". I told him I was interested in buying a verragio ring and that they were the closest vendor to me selling these. I was hoping to make an appointment, I made an appointment for Tuesday at 3 PM and told him I was going to bring a friend of mine who works at Jareds & is diamond certified to help me select the diamond because I dont know much about diamonds, we hung up and within 10 minutes Sergio called me back and began swearing at me calling me names and saying not to bring my business there because I had wanted to bring someone with me ??!?? I am in shock!!!! I was going in with $10,000 cash to buy a ring but not from these scumbags!!!!!

Sergio was very helpful the first time I came in to buy my engagement ring for my fiancé. The experience was even better the second time around when we came in to buy the band. There were three employees on that night who answered all of our questions and were very attentive and patient to top it off. They also did a fantastic job cleaning the engagement ring, and did not hesitate to make it sparkle again like the day it was purchased. Go to Arias, your future fiancé wont be disappointed!

Arias Jewelers is a 5 star company. The customer service is wonderful. The salesperson spent over an hour with me while I went from item to item. She explained everything about each piece I and was never pushy or impatient. I have also had several repairs done and Sergio Arias returned them polished looking brand new. I am a very picky client. Could there be a better jeweler in the area? Im a huge fan of Arias Jewelers and love the customer service I received with my last purchase. Everyone at the jewelry boutique is knowledgeable and patient with their customers. Not once did I feel pressured to buy something I wasnt ready for.
