I visited this store recently to have watch battery replaced. The owner was very helpful and although it was more complicated than just dropping in a new battery, quickly completed the repair. I was very impressed with the display of jewellery, particularly estate pieces and I subsequently bought a pair of very unusual earrings, This transaction, like the watch repair, was handled speedily and courteously. I walked in when they were opening. The two owners were very friendly and greeted me right away. I needed to have a new watch sized and they immediately took care of it and made sure that the size adjustment was exactly the way I wanted it. Going to do business with them again when I bring in my wifes ring to have it mounted in a platinum band. Other customers were also walking in and they greeted them equally. Awesome customer service!
