Princess Jewelers is hands-down amazing. After going to Princess on a few recommendations, they have earned a new loyal customer. They truly went above and beyond. I am incredibly impressed with their expertise and customer service. Being new to the area, I was looking for a local family-owned business who would be able to do the work on-site and was heavily-focused on customer service and honesty. Princess Jewelers is ALL of these things and more. Somehow they fixed my engagement ring that I have been trying to get fixed for more than a year and a half after the chain jewelry store it was purchased from royally messed it up during routine work. And not only did Princess fix it even though it wasnt their piece, they did it quickly and with unmatched confidence and expertise. Furthermore, they refused to let me pay for the work! They said theyd rather have me become a I satisfied customer who would want to come back to them again, than charge me for simple work like that! I simply could not believe it. I will certainly be back, as I would love to work with them again. They truly seem to have passion for their customers and for what they do. Even further, they have a fantastic sense of humor while helping you, which makes it a joy to be there. I look forward to going back, and am so happy I have now found the family-owned jeweler I have been hoping to find. Here is a bit about my experience: Andrew greeted me right away when I walked in and was so friendly. After describing my situation, he introduced me to Bob, the jeweler, who took a quick look at my engagement ring and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it; and to my surprise, he said he would do it right then and there! As Bob took my rings to the back, Andrew was trying to describe to me what he would be doing. Bob yelled to the front to have me join him in the back so I could watch what he was doing to fix my rings! That was fantastic! He worked on my engagement ring for just a bit and somehow fixed ALL the problems that Kays and Jared told me were unfixable! Im a hands-on person, so I thought it was even more incredible that he was describing what he was doing while he was doing the work- it was great to watch, and really showed me that they are a trustworthy team. He even polished and rhodium-played my ring after that, and insisted on doing the same to me wedding band so they would both look great and match. It was so kind of him!

A simple service that was cited as being ready in a day or two took, much, much longer than that. After hearing nothing from them we called twice for updates and (after the clerk took a few minutes to find our order which did not appear in the system) I was informed that our small job was "on the bench and behind two other items" (this was over a week and a half after my wife was quoted that the item would be ready in 1-2 days.) Had we been quoted the actual time the work would take Id have gone elsewhere - because of the delay my wife was not able to take the jewelery on vacation her. The guy didnt seem to care about anything other than running my credit card for the repair and a clerk emphasized from across the room that the problem was due to a "new computer system." This was all for simple work, something I could have (and should have) done in my basement with a pair of snips and my soldering iron - I could have had it done in five minutes. I dont like writing negative reviews and try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was exceptionally unimpressive - I had been there in the past for other minor repair work, but I wont be back.

I bought my wifes engagement ring and wedding ring from Charbel and Andrew 2 years ago. Beautifully cut diamonds and a very fair price as well. last week one of the small center diamonds on the wedding ring fell out (there are three of them) we went in to have it replaced. i was told it was a problem with the design that the diamond fell out, and it will probably happen again in the future. The ring was not under warranty (my mistake) but when I told them I bought the rings from them, they said they would replace it, and the cost was way less than what I thought it would be. Im not happy with the fact that I bought a high maintenance ring, but the fact they are fixing it for my wife and not charging me a lot is very nice. I will probably upgrade to a better style ring in the near future and when I do, I will be taking my business back to them for sure. Nice staff all around and a pleasure doing business with.

Princess isnt your typical Jewelry store. If you want nice staff, personalized service, low prices AND quality work/products - this is the place for you. They have a large selection to help find right jewelery at the right price. Both times I went into the store, they asked a few questions about what I was looking for and showed me a combinaton of setting and stone. I proceeded to look at everything else in the store then looked at what Andrew and his wife had recommended and realized that was what I wanted and it was within my price range. If they dont have what you are looking for, they will make it or have it made. Bob, their jeweler, is the best jeweler I have woked with anywhere. I have and will continue to reccomend them over any other jewelry store Ive been to.

THUMBS DOWN TO PRINCESS JEWELERS My husband and I took our three children out today to Derrys town wide trick or treat event. My toddler was in the carriage with my husband and I asked the older lady for a piece of candy for him. Right in front of my two other children she said she didnt believe that I had a toddler and she told me that many Derry moms lie about having children so they could get extra candy. I couldt believe my ears. HOW RUDE. If Princess Jewelers did not want to participate with our town wide trick or treat then they should have declined. They are not a good example of our wonderful town. Thumbs down to Princess Jewelers.

What a great experience i had! I do not review places often, but this crew has it. I was guided through the whole " ring buying " experience being helped with each step by knowledgeable staff. I went in knowing virtually nothing about diamonds, now I have a beautiful ring to supprise my bride to be with. The quality of the diamond and the setting is so much better than the other places i went. Pricing was fantastic. The only thing i have to worry about is my girlfriend saying yes, but im not too worried, once she sees the ring.

andrew originally was going to honor our $150 gift card despite the fact that we had lost it ( there was record of the purchase in his system). prices changed dramatically throughout the purchase process and in attempts to come and clarify in person, johanna was extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt like i was being played and was uncomfortable with the whole process after the initial consultation which was wonderful.
