I used to love this store, everyone was helpful and actually wanted to take the time to help you and knew what they were talking about. Now ever since they remodeled their stores and now look like a knock off apple store these people who now work here are the worst at customer service and I work in costumer service. I have an upgrade on my phone I was told I was aloud to come in up to 7 days before my upgrade date, then I was told it was 2 days before my upgrade date, then I was told the day after the upgrade date. No one knows to seem what theyre talking about and they rush you out of the store. dont even get me started on the sign in at the front door situation. because they dont even go in order of when the customer comes in. many times ive walked in and waited and waited while the person who walks in after me some how goes before me. they.need.help.

I went there last night 1/14/14. I was ignored by the greater that is suppose to be signing in guests. I stood around for awhile another person walked in the door and was signed in. When I approached the the greater Hector and brought it to his attention. I was not signed in, and that he signed in a person before me, he claimed that he did not see me even though he looked right at me when i walked in. But thats not the worst part. When i brought it to his attention he copped an attitude. Hector asks me my name and when i gave it to him he replied with who cares as he typed my name in the computer. Then after i walked away he made a joke about it with some other people that were standing around.

I was met as soon as I walked through the door by Greg Wunsch, Verizon Wireless Sales Consultant, who asked for my cell phone number, then my problem. He quickly and most satisfactorily resolved all my issues. It was a pleasure to deal with him. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He directed me to a pleasant area to wait while he finished my issues. He is a credit to Verizon. From the bits of conversation among the staff I heard as I was waiting, it appears to be a pleasant place to work. Predicated upon my experience, I would whole heartedly recommend this Verizon Wireless retail location.

Walk in a little after closing didnt reslize they were closed door was open me and my wife were told because it was after closing time to leave but yet their were 10 customers still in store the door guard was very rude ask for manager was refused wont ever go their again .

If you have a problem with WiFi or Internet you have to go to there main store in Philadelphia. I wish they would be able to provide a technician in a timely fashion. 2 to 3 weeks without Internet is not ok when your collage requires you to have Internet.

My galaxy s3 died after a system update. Went to this store and they said there was nothing they could do. Not helpful at all. With all I pay for family phones, you would think they would want to be more helpful to keep my business.

I love this place! only Verizon we will go to. The staff is always kind and helpful. Hector stayed and worked through our phone problems for at least two hours even past closing, we didnt wait either!

This place is hell on earth. You wait forever, the staff are uninformed and I actually got screwed by a FIOS sales guy onsite who managed to sign me up for a 2 year contract without even asking.

No good. Promote and advertise free phone with trade in.... they dont tell you any details. In my case, free trade in ......was 20 dollars per month.
