Really great experience with William! I dropped and broke my phone the day before and he made getting a new phone and plan super easy. Not only that, he happily installed all updates on the phone, installed a glass protector on my phone (since clearly I need one) and set up new iPads for my partner and I. On top of that, he made sure we got the best deals on the upgrates. Will definitely go back here and highly recommend William.

Bad customer service provider. I was there 7:40pm , but they closed the door on me because they close at 8pm. The guy lookwd at my face and just lock the door whiles I was just about to open it. There was a customer inside who actually told the guy that is not even 8pm . they didnt let me inside..watch out for them people!!!

I have had a bad experience every time i go there in the past year. They are slow and have workers there that do not know how to do anything they are useless workers and only have 1 worker on the weekend that knows how to do service as well
