Went to switch back my wife from t-mobile to Verizon. Everything went smoothly. Got the 12GB + 2GB plan. A month later my wife gets a notification that she was going to exceed her data allowance. She was at 12GB used. Called, was told the 12+2 plan is only if you buy a new phone. Wouldnt recommend this Verizon store, would recommend Verizon though. Great service if you can afford it.

No one in this store is competent. No one in this store knows what they are doing-- male or female. No one in this store ACTUALLY wants to help customers. They are too busy talking amongst themselves or smoking out the back door, talking poorly, or talking trash about the people in the store, being demeaning and dismissive like the yuppie d-bags these "workers" pretend to be.

Was worried about the other reviews, but I wasnt buying anything and the place was full, yet I got attentive and pleasant service quickly. Four stars instead of 5 only because their solution didnt actually fix my phone (but I couldnt know that until I got home).

Employees will rip you off. Might be taking these guys to court soon. Lied to on multiple occasions. Never consented to buy a screen protector and was billed $26 for it!
