The manager is such an d*ck. He is beyond rude and they promise you free stuff ... but actually it gets added on your monthly bill and youre stuck with it. When you tell them that you were told it was literally free, they deny it and call you a liar. DONT GO HERE. Its the worst place... better off at the other t mobile. Disrespectful staff and the manager especially should be fired.

Came in here to ask for the location of a store in the mall and they very disrespectfully just yelled at me that they didnt know where it was even though they work there. I was actually going to inquire about switching my phone plan over to them while I was in there but I guess Ill just stick with AT&T!

Im not one to leave negative reviews, but my experience today was just horrible. The manager was rude and the staff did not have any customer service (especially the manager) whatsoever. Never coming back to this location ever again.

Tried to push products on us by telling us its free, but in actuality they just get added to your bill every month. Sales guy was hitting on my girlfriend when I left the store to the point he gave her his number. Would not recommend

Great staff and great store. I dont know why theres so many negative reviews. It must be from people who are mad at T-Mobile as a company, and not the store itself. Its an all-around great store with very helpful staff.

This was by far the worst store I have ever been to no customer service skills at all very rude I advise you if you read this before going cancel the visit go to Dickson city very polite and dependable
