Ive been shopping at this branch for approximately 4 years. Id personally highly recommend the staff there to anyone. Specifically, Ryan Sims has been outstanding. Last night, I met Steve Forchetti who was also outstanding. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The biggest thing I appreciate, is that these guys have a real gift with communicating. They break down the techie pros and cons of multiple devices into real life usage. I come from a medical background, with its jargon; and though I know enough about techie stuff to function; they break it all down into laymans terms. More than trying just to make a sale; as is their job. They sell you products that theyre not only knowledgeable about, but also try and get you the best deal in the process. I love it when people dont talk down to me; because I approach my job as a nurse practitioner to best help people out and speak to them in a way they can understand. Sorry for the ramble, just wanted to give a shout out to great work these guys do.

I have a HTC One+, that unfortunately I have a few issues with. My biggest problem was that the phone kept going into a PUK Code is Locked Mode and reading For Emergency calls only. I had to reboot the phone a half a dozen times a day. After doing some research Rebecca Alderfer your AT& T Rep went the extra mile to find and resolve the problem and now working perfectly. Thank You Rebecca for the Great Service. Also in conversation I mentioned how bad my reception signal was at my home office, and immediately Rebecca thought of a way to solve my problem with a AT&T Micro-Cell to maximize the signal. For me it was the enthusiasm that Rebecca showed toward solving my problems. It seems to me like Customer is dying in businesses, but not with Rebecca at the AT&T store. Thank You, Joe Hartman

Coming in and having the pleasure of meeting John was a blessing. He was very friendly, nice, and caring. He even let me use one of his old phones while my new one was being shipped since mine broke. He was just fantastic! Saved me money on my bill!! Not one complaint about John, very professional and seems to love what he does. Keep up the great work John!! Its people like John that makes the painful experience of getting a new phone easy. I love my new G2! Im glad I listened to Johns advice and ditched my crappy iPhone!

John was great in helping me set up my new phone and taking the time to show me all the features of it. I highly recommend everyone go see the staff over at Gilbertsville they will make you feel right at home and have you laughing all day. It was the most enjoyable experience in purchasing a new phone. They will take care of everything you need! They even set up the Bluetooth in my car for me! I figured out how to do this review john! If you see this Thank you for all your help.

I was in the Apple Store and was not happy with their service. I called here and Dylan answered. I was so pleased to have spoken to this young man, I immediately went to his store to get my new iPhone 7. I was surprised, I did not know the prices were the same and I was able to get the iPad on a promotion. Im doing things on my own for the first time and Dylan made it very easy to get a new phone and learn all about it.

I love coming to this store because of the exemplary customer service I receive and I get all questions answered and resolved in a timely manner. Every time I come Steve Forchetti is always quick to help me out and resolve any issues I have! As someone who isnt the best with technology he is very patient with me. He always has a friendly smile and makes the customer feel welcome.

I got a new phone, LG G3 two days ago. I love the phone. My sales rep was Dylan. He did a great job explaining the different phones I could choose from and helped me pick on out that works for he. He was very friendly and helpful. The whole process went pretty fast and was effortless. The manager, Sean, introduced himself and was friendly as well. Overall, a great experience.

I come into the store asking for help with my phone (more than I care to admit lol) and everytime I am helped by Steve Forchetti. He has been able to fix every issue and answer every question I have had and even teach me things I didnt know that I could do with my phone. This guy really knows his stuff! If anyone has any questions about their devices, definitely go see Steve.

I had a fantastic time at this ATT store. The gentlemen there our by far the best around. Dylan did an outstanding job of assisting me in getting a new phone. They even had a free tablet that i could get. I was extremely pleased when i left. They made me feel welcome at the store and i know i will always go back to this store should i need any assitance in the future.

After dealing with T-Mobile, I just wanted good reliable service. Coming to this store was the best decision Ive made. Rebecca is super helpful and very knowledgable. She helped me with my phone needs and was always happy to answer all my questions which I had a lot of. I will definitely be coming back here and seeing her with all my phone needs!

I walked into the store mad because my waterproof phone got water damage and stopped working. Steve was very understanding and helpful and explained that because the battery door broke it wasnt waterproof anymore. He got me a new galaxy that doesnt need the door to be waterproof. It makes sense but its just frustrating. He was very nice though

I went in to get a new phone cause I broke my old Samsung S4. Dylan Cole greeted me as soon as I walked in and was eager to help me get a new phone knowing how unfortunate it is to be without a phone these days. The service provided by the entire staff was excellent and I was very pleased with my overall experience at this AT&T location.

I kept trying to save things on my calendar but they werent showing up so I came here to see if I was doing something wrong. A gentleman named Steve helped me by showing me that I had turned off the view settings on my calendar app. Once he fixed it there were about 25 of the same appointment LOL! He was very helpful and informative.
