This location is the worst of all eyewear 20/20 they treat people like they are a joke and have No care or concern about the customers needs. I literally Stopped going to them because they asked me to after their employee wrongfully insulted me and played on the phone with me instead of handing me to a worker that could help me. And the man who is there now heard every insult and thing the lady worker had done and tried to blame me so he wouldnt go against his worker. After some months I was determined to report them but when I insisted they said she no longer worked for them. But I already have to go 10xs out my way to get to the better eyewear 2020 in maple hts. So the problem has came again and Im going to report them at this point. I now only asked at this location for them to order my contacts so that I dont have to drive a country mile to get them so often. And they give me a hard time every time I go more than 3mo with out buying from them. Ive been told they would come that week but now its been two weeks and No call or nothing I called them and they are now acting confused. And having to call me back The problem is for issues like this delay I use to pay for my lenses when they come in But they made me come all the way in to pay before they ordered them. And now Are playing with my money and contacts with again NO CARE this place is beyond Rude at this point and I hope I can report them to more that the BBB now.

I have gotten glasses from here twice now and I am extremely pleased with both pairs. They dont have a huge selection of glasses, but I have found frames both times that I really liked and have gotten many compliments on. And my eye examinations have been very thorough and have resulted in lenses that I can see out of perfectly! The staff have always taken good care of me. I would highly recommend this place.

The doctor on Fridays I really like. She has done well for me. One of the women at the glasses counter has no idea whats going on from day to day, it seems. The older gentleman in the back who handles AP or AR or whatever is surly and unhelpful. But this is the most convenient place for me to go, so I will continue. Its also pretty reasonable, if you have insurance to cover some of it.

Ive gotten a couple of pairs of glasses here. Theyre close to my home and easy to work with for the most part. Not much of a selection in frames to choose from. Did have some problems with my recent purchase and had to go back a few times for adjustments. At this point Im 70% pleased with the results. Doubt Ill be back though.
