We just bought a car from Dean Ballard at Advantage Ford and were quite happy with the process. He was able to track down the exact car we wanted and went down to Orange County to pick it up for us. We had been in contact for nearly a month, and while he checked in on us, it was not too much. He just asked about our timeline and he followed it. Admittedly, we did have some confusion in the purchase price, but they were patient while we figured out the details. Dean called a few days after to see if we had any questions about the car. Overall, a good experience and I would certainly buy another car here.

I feel like they did a really go job of balancing a professional sheen that gives you confidence in their experience and knowledge while at the same time being down to earth and harboring an environment customers can feel comfortable in. Service was struggling a bit. Brought my car for a service and recall. They had my car all day and only got the service done. Still dont have the recall taken care of and I will lose functionality of that part of my car if it isnt resolved by Dec. -UPDATE: Owner contacted me and going to be working with me on this. Appreciate the follow up on this service/ recall.
