Do yourself a favor and stay away at any cost!!! Bevor wir das Auto Profahren durften, wollte der Mitarbeiter prüfen ob wir uns das Auto überhaupt leisten können, mit der Aussage: "ich möchte meine Zeit nicht verschwenden" Als wir das Auto kauften, versprach er uns dass alles repariert ist bis wir es abholen kommen. Das war natürlich nicht so! 5 Fehlermeldungen.. Abblendlicht, Bremslicht, usw funktionierten nicht, das Motoröl war auch fällig. Mein Mann musste 4 mal hin fahren, damit sie die Lampen tauschten. Den Rest machen wir lieber selbst, dann wissen wir dass es passt. Nie wieder kaufen wir dort ein Auto! Ergänzung Dez.10.2015 Mittlerweile waren wir noch öfters dort. Es passen noch immer einige Sachen nicht. Wir sind schon so sauer! Und jetzt putzen die sich ab weil die 30 Tage Gewährleistung um sind. Obwohl der Verkäufer gesagt hat dass er das notwendige Teil bestellt, hat er es über eine Woche später noch immer nicht bestellt. NIE WIEDER!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! DONT BUY YOUR CAR AT DELUXE AUTO DEALER!!!!!

The lot was stock with really nice cars, you should be able to find most imports (only) luxury and mainstream cars. + When we stepped onto the lot, we were greeted pretty quickly, and asked if there was any car in mind. The staff throughout the whole process was very friendly while efficient, but I do understand it is a used car dealership so they are always on the move tending customers unless you ask for additional help. REMEMBER, to have a few cars in your interest before you go there. If you went there without looking at their website for those car details, etc. You pretty much wasting your time and theirs. In may case, I knew what I wanted and bought it, got out in a about an hour financed (even with my mid 600 credit). + - The vehicle I bought was visually examined before the purchase, so I can see that it wasnt perfect. It was a used older vehicle and with that in mind, things may not been done, ie timing belt change after 100k <-- more likely not. Tires were old <-- it was. Brake pad were at half-life. But overall, I do love my car. Heck, the price was cheaper than what private sellers had posted online, and everyone know private sales are def. as-is and" do not disturb" once you drive the car away from sight. So for the price and decent service, it was a deal. I do recommend them, but (we as) shoppers need to be smart and done some researches before going onto any lot. In this case, the staffs were actually doing their job and was friendly, so no complaints.

I dont know how and why my uncle got the car from here. I could have gotten a better car since I did. I tell you that Mr. Andy isnt an honest person. [1] Its an used car and this freaking window button was already broken (you can feel it that its way too loosen than other buttons). When I came here to ask about the button, he said, "You touched it too hard. Use it gently or you break it." Hello....? Then he would say that he wont do it but hell do it as a favor. [2] Service B light was on. I went to auto repair shops and they all told me that they need the certain code to open it. Through the phone I spoke with Andy and he said, "Come over here anytime, Ill turn the light off." So I needed to come back here again. And now hes saying, "No. I didnt speak to you. We check any problem within 10 days of your purchase." So I told me, "Fine. Just give me the code. Ill go to my place." Then he said, " But I check it for you" Hello....? What the frog. Making me feel retarded. You can find an used car so much better by yourself. Im a grill, and I did it. I wonder if I can ever trust a dealer unless they give me a chocolate and welcome smile.

We bought our car from here and it was the best experience we have ever had with any customer service. Daniel is the absolute best we love him so much he has made us feel like family there! Our family and friends and anyone we come in contact with we will send straight to Daniel no one else, no one treats us like Daniel he is kind he is generous and in anyway willing to help, of course being someone who is buying a car It can be a bit stressful, having so many questions and wanting to make a good buy, I was relieved at the sight of Daniel as though there was an angel waiting for me and that this was the right place. Daniel answered every question We could possibly have, he was so patient with me it is sad to say I have never met someone so kind and patient it is truly a blessing to have Daniel working there such a kind heart, you know that we need more of Daniel in our world, hearts like his are truly unique and only people who dont understand beauty and love would think anything other than that about that sweet man Daniel ! thank you so much Daniel you are the best we will only buy cars from you!!!!

DONT GO HERE! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I bought my FR-S from here with the bumper falling down. Andy said there was no car accident to the car and showed a car fax sheet but did not look real . They ended up glueing my bumper to the body of the car 3 TIMES after I told them the first time not to. They missed up the other side of my bumper, then they broke my grill, scratch my car, slammed another car door into my car, chipped the fresh new paint I got on it the day before. Andy told me that I couldnt speak to the owner of the dealership and told my boyfriend that he couldnt speak at ALL. Very rude. They wouldnt give me proof of oil change because they didnt do it but said they did. And then they waxed my car without permission and didnt wash it first so all the dirt scratched my car and its in a circular shape . Disappointed because they dont know how to treat their customers.
