Bunch of scammers!!!! Be aware. If I could I wont give them any stars. I purchased my Mercedes from them 2 years ago when their name was hybrid motors before they got bunch of lawsuits and had to change their name. I purchased an extandad warranty from them with the car through Alpha. I was tolled that the policy I got its the best Alpha has to offer, that will cover anything on the car. after having issues on my car which was SUPPOSED to be with only 40K miles ( not really sure about that. But I cant proof nothing at this point). I called in Alpha to submit a claim. Then I was told by Alpha that I have lower grade policy which basically not covering anything. on the contract I have the policy type is not listed and there is no record on what Ive paid for which was $2500. When I called ideals/Hybrid motors and asked to update my policy info I got rude response and they basically tolled me that they are not willing to do anything at this point and hung up the phone on me twice. Alpha is not willing to change anything on the policy because thats what the dealer sold me. I basically got paid for the best coverage and got the worst. Now I need to spand more then $4000 repairs on my car that was supposed to be covered if those people wasnt so GREEDY on their profit. Dont buy there anything unless you like to be scammed and spend arm and a leg on your used car with fake miles on the odometer.

Went to iDeal Motors one Sunday morning. Went to check out one of the vehicle they had in stock. Exterior is clean. Interior could have been cleaner. Once I got there. Eli was the first to help us out. I have read that they let you take a test drive without questions. Except for one, which was do you have insurance. After that I test drove couple vehicles. But the Land Rover LR3 was in my eyes. It drove nice and smooth. I thought I had a good credit. But I guess it wasnt the case. Was denied from couple lenders. But somehow they got me approved by one lender at a good interest rate. Bought the LR3 the same day with warranty coverage. I hope they do send me a small door piece that is missing. But overall it was a good experience no pressure in buying. They work their magic if you do want to buy a car from them.

I recently moved to a Southern California and decided a new car was in order. I searched for a long time to find exactly what I wanted. About a month ago I came down to Ideal Motors to test drive an M3 they had on their lot. It was beautiful, very low miles and excellently maintained. Ive put about 5,000 miles on the car since the purchase and no problems at all. In addition to a great car, I received excellent service from people I would trust again. The whole experience was positive and no pressure. Just honest, good guys who sold me a great car. Thanks for everything Zed and team - Ill be back for the next one for sure!

We visited Ideal Motors yesterday and probably had the best experience of our car buying lives. First of all, they held the car for us while we drove up from San Diego. Second of all, we really appreciated the help that Eli and Rod gave us. We had time to ourselves to consider carefully the great car and deal (no pressure, just available if we needed them). We really wanted to give them our business because we liked them so much. Unfortunately, we decided to pursue a different model of SUV based on our own personal needs. If they had had that model, we would have bought it. HIGHLY recommend them!

I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Sport from this dealership, the staff (family owned) pleasure to deal with. No pressure, thy will not even try to force sell any additional products. They work with all the top auto finance banks should you decide to not use your own financing. Being a professional in the auto finance industry I highly recommend Ideal Motors if your looking for a used car. They tell you exactly what their in the car for and how much theyre making. Dont waste your time going to other independent/non-franchise dealers. A++ keep up the great work guys!

Where do i start, from the moment we stepped foot on the lot we knew this is where we would be buying our used car. Staff was very friendly And knowledgable. Ideal Motors has set the bar for all the other dealers Ive visited in the last 2 weeks. This is the first dealership Ive listed that actually throws you the keys and tells you take it out for a spin. SHOCKED. Usually they would have you a salesman sit in the passenger seat trying to sell you. I can go on and on about how happy me and my husband are. Thanks Guys And Keep Up The Good Work.

Recommended do not buy car here got a car fax of car showing nothing was wrong assured nothing was wrong by dealer ran the car about 500 miles since buying car and took it to BMW to ask what was wrong and had non engine problems "warranty not valid " ended up being 3,500 off repairs and ideal wont stick by their product assuring me it was fine with them and making it seem like my fault now stuck with car payment on top of repairs horrible dont recommend they dont stick by their vehicles

About 6 or so maybe even more months ago I purchased a Toyota Corolla 2010 S with 100,000 miles on it for a very good and fair price. Wanted to put some miles on it before I wrote a review. I have currently driven 20,000 miles and have had NO engine lights come on at all. Absolutely no problems with the car extremely well taken care of and so was I when I went to ideal motors. Took all the stress out of buying my car! Couldnt be happier with the end result. THANK YOU IDEAL

iDeal Motors is one of the most amazing and helpful dealerships I have ever been to. I totaled my first vehicle last week and had found a car of theirs online. I went to check it out at 7 (their closing time) and see if it was there. It was. Rod (I believe) asked if I needed any help and allowed me to check out the car and eventually bought that car the same night and drove it away an hour later. These guys will work that extra hour and walk the extra mile for you.

I dont usually shop at non-franchise dealers but my wife found an Acura MDX she loved on their website. I was skeptical having bad experiences in the past. But Zed and the entire family are stand up guys. There was a problem with the AC that surfaced the day after we bought the car and they went the extra mile to make it right. They made a repeat customer out of me! Ill for sure be back for my next car
