Only reason I am giving 2 stars is the price and mileage. As far as customer service goes, this was the worst experience Ive had anywhere. First off, I did my own financing rather than going through them. Doing that takes a couple of days while getting everything signed with the bank and such. They refused to let me put money down on the car and said they would work with me as long as I stayed in touch for a couple days letting them know my status with the bank. Even though I did everything they told me to do, they tried to sell the car right out from underneath me. When I called them telling them Ill be in the following morning with my check to pick up the car, they said they will have to call me back because someone might be buying it even though Im already financed under that vin number. They called me back and I told the salesman who I wont name to consider it sold and stop trying to sell it that I am financed for it and will be in first thing in the morning. I was told "oh OK cool. But if the car sells before then we are sorry". Um no. I told him I already have insurance set up, and Im financed. So now I got to talk to jerry, the guy running the place. He was so rude over the phone saying my bank will not dictate who and when the car will be sold to. Then he got real angry with me for not going through them for financing and doing it myself. After going back and forth with words, I was told to drive to eastlake(a 45 minute drive from me) to put 500 dollars down on the car. I explained to him I wasnt doing that because I was told I wasnt aloud to put money down, that I need to call everyday and they would work with me. I did everything they told me to do. So then I had the bank call Jerry. Eventually he agreed to hold the car for the remaining of the day and following morning so I could come pick it up. Now when I went to pick it up, they acted like nothing ever happened and were being very nice. Then when leaving with my new vehicle wouldnt you know. The needle for the fuel was below the E. I barely made it to a gas station to fill it up. I would have been fine with a quarter tank but apparently having as much as a quarter tank is too much to do for a customer. By far worst experience Ive had shopping anywhere.

I purchased a Pontiac Grand Prix from Arko Auto Sales and had one of the greatest experiences I have ever had in car buying. I had visited multiple dealerships and each one tried to "sell me" vehicles they felt were best for me. I walked on to Arko Auto Sales Lot and was warmly greeted by Jerry Arko. He asked me many questions about what I was looking for in a vehicle. He never once assumed what i wanted, but asked the pertinent questions of what I needed. Once he had an idea of what I was looking for and what my price range was, he introduced me to a few vehicles. I fell in love with the Grand Prix and its reliability was exactly what I was looking for. They get 1 because I couldnt give any lower, I bought a vehicle the weekend of 3/12 to be able to pick up my daughter for Easter in Virginia, I drove it less than 15 miles in a week now it doesnt move out of gear and wont go intro reverse, the separate warranty they sold us we havent even gotten the paper work for doesnt cover these unknown problems, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A VEHICLE FROM HERE AND IF YOU DO FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET A WARRANTY AND NOT 1 OF THEIR BS SEPARATE COMPANY WARRANTIES GET A WRITTEN CONTRACT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL THEY ARE HEARTLESS AND CARE ONLY FOR THEIR BILLFOLDS,they aught to be ashamed of themselves and God have mercy on their wretched souls.

Initial experience was great, family ran, was told how they pride them selves on their honesty. I bought a truck was told it ran great no problems the owner just wanted to upgrade. With in 3 weeks the gas filler neck was rotted out and it doesnt take gas easily, exhaust fell off, and the front caliper seized, and broken brake line. I took it back up to them and they suggested I take it to the "red neck mechanic" they take the cars too. Needless to say Im not satisfied I had to put an extra 800 into it. Was going to pick an SUV up from them as well, but thats not going to happen. I refuse to go back there and am spreading the word to not go there.

I purchased a GMC Sierra from them this past winter, later to realize there was merely touchup paint ON TOP of the rust spots, from where they neglected to even neautralize the rust, let alone take the appropriate steps to dispose of, seal, and then hide the rust. Within less than 6 months, the wheel wells are rusting out, rocker panels have crumbled in my driveway, and found 2 sided tape holding up parts of my headliner!!! I would never recommend this dealer, and am very grateful the weather is better and I was a bodyman by trade a few years back. Youre basically dealing with a snake oil salesman and (mostly) his sons.

Customer friendly, alright cars and okay pricing. Bought a 02 sl1 a year ago, its a awesome car. I like it so much I named it lol. Although when purchased it had a cracked oil pan, took it back up there and all they did was jb weld it. Ended up taking it to my mechanic and spending $300 for a new oil pan. Id buy a car from them again, but Id suggest getting the car fully inspected by a trusted mechanic or a knowledable person that knows a lot about cars. They have a huge selection of cars and trucks. Defenitly worth checking out.

What a great experience. Arko Auto is the best family/dealer I have ever bought a vehicle from. I drove from PA to purchase a vehicle from them and honestly the experience couldnt have been better. They were up front and honest on the phone from the beginning and my car was exactly as they said and explained it would be. My family is in the process of purchasing vehicles from Mr. Arko as well. Couldnt be happier with every aspect....a great experience with fair, friendly service. Highly highly recommended.

Dont use them i got a van from them and got the only type of warranty available and wouldnt u know it 15 miles later it craps out. I went back and said if the warranty wont cover this you need to make it right he proceeded to yell at me and tell me to leave. Even after he admitted to power washing under the hood mistake number one then says yeah something probably got wet. I said ok then that would be a pre exsiting problem you caused. He stutters and had no answer other than hey sold as is
