Recently, I bought my Hyundai Elantra from CarSpot, in Mount Dora, Florida. The staff was so knowledgeable and very helpful with all of my needs. I was greeted by Kimberly, a well-trained and professional associate that from the very first day made me feel like I was part of the family. They listened to me. This smaller dealership out does the larger dealerships by far. The sales representative assisting me with the purchase was Steven. I felt no-pressure and I didnt feel rushed. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to helping me pick out a vehicle that suits my family and work needs. He was unbelievably comforting and sensitive to the fact that I was a recently divorced, single mother with a lower credit rating. He was very attentive to my needs and he was patient throughout the whole process, and explained all the fees /taxes that would apply. The entire staff went above and beyond for me and my family and there are no words in which can describe the monumental gratitude I have for these guys … and gal! ;-) I was able to receive great financing for an amazing car! I love my car! Thanks everyone at CarSpot. You have a customer for life!!

Bought our 1st Jeep from Car Spot 2 1/2 yrs ago what a great place, great Jeep and people to work with.(See my review on their web site.) 2 weeks ago saw a newer Jeep there, stopped to see. As usual Steve, Bob and Kim were just great. Jeep was super nice, Steve said to drive ,as my 2001 TJ and the 2009 JK were like comparing oranges to watermelon. I was back in 20 minutes, Steve said "you do not like right?" I said NO it was GREAT, Lets do it! Xavier had the "new" black Jeep gleaming and ready to go in a short time. This is our ~280th vehicle owned in 45 yrs. The transaction was painless and clear and VERY professional as was the 1st. .I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle at a good price! Hot Rod Lee , Mount Dora Fl.

I went here looking for a 2008 Pontiac G6 GT, I got the car I wanted after hours of back and forth. The first day I got it home I had no headlight on the passenger side but that was fixed easily by them. Three days later the car was in Car Spots Repair Shop for cutting off while driving (The power steering would shut off and car would shut down in 45mph traffic) Car Spots repair shop told me it was fixed, it wasnt. It was back in the shop again a week later and now its been in the shop for 3 weeks + this time they even brought it to a GM Dealer, and they can not diagnose the issue. This has been the worst experience I have ever had buying a car and I would not recommend based on this alone.

The entire process of buying a used car was easy and fast. After taking the car for a test drive, I got it inspected by a mechanic. To be honest, I was nervous because I had a problem with a different car at a different dealer. However, the car was in great condition! Staff was friendly, absolutely no pressure.
