This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. We used to have our buses services here, but we would be overcharged and often any issues that were supposedly fixed would happen again within days. The service department would hardly ever return calls and sometimes when I would call in the service department would claim they had no record of my bus in their department. The worst incident was when we had a bus in for AC issues. After a week of leaving the bus as Valley Ford I never got a call regarding the bus. When I called in they told me they were ordering parts for the bus and they asked for my approval which I gave. I asked them to call me back as soon as they got the parts in stock and had a estimate of completion. A week went buy and I called and the person I spoke to said he did not know the status and the mechanic working on our bus was not in. I asked him to have him call me back asap. Another week went by and I called and I was told that their system had no record of our bus even being in for service and that no parts were even ordered. I talked to the manager and said that I needed to get the bus back immediately and take it elsewhere without being charged for anything. He told me I had to pay a fee for leaving the bus for service. On top of this I never received any apologies whatsoever. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE!!!

My husband took his truck in to this location before Christmas as he was working in the area. He has a f350 diesel and doesnt just let anybody work on it, weve only had one mechanic work on it since purchasing it. That is until we had valley ford work on it. We had them run a diagnostic on it. They ended up replacing injector 8 which they had told us they were pretty sure thats what it was. It did not fix the problem 1200$ later. We hauled the truck home after they wanted another 900$ to tear the top half apart just to LOOK!! Our truck has been sitting in out yard for almost 3 months until we had the funds to get it fixed because our mechanic ( a certified diesel mechanic that specializes in powerstrokes) thought it the lower half of our motor. He took the motor apart and found TWO pieces of foreign metal in our pistons. One still has the spikes of a torque bit. Obviously their mechanic dropped it down into our motor and did not own up to his mistake. Called valley and they will do nothing because we wouldnt let them tear it apart further when it was in their possession. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody.

I purchased a new 2010 Ford Flex from Valley Ford back in 2010 so this isnt a knee-jerk reaction to one bad or good visit. First off let me say that the Flex is the most underrated vehicle ever made. I love my Flex. It is like driving my living room couch around town... handles like a station wagon and is all in all everything I wanted in a crossover vehicle. I have taken my Flex in for service every time it was due and have had only one issue in the last 7 years (it took longer to get my oil changed than expected but only one time). The service department is fantastic and I always look forward to dealing with Roseanne (I think I spelled that right). She makes it much better when I have to pay my bill. If I had it to do all over again I would buy another Flex from Valley Ford.

A couple of weeks ago I came into Valley Ford to have my F-150 looked at it was making some awful noises in the back. Im not the most tech savvy when it comes to maintenance on my vehicles. I usually leave that to my husband. The Service Department did a great job of taking care of me. I even spoke with the Service manager (I think) who did a wonderful job of explaining the repairs that would need to be done for my truck to keep me safe. He explained it in a way that I could understand and not feel dumb. The tech did a great job of getting my truck fixed right. I would definitely recommend Valley to my friends and family. Thanks for the great service and popcorn! :)

Finally!! A shop that can fix our trucks! We own a small landscaping company. Since there is plowing invovled, its important that our trucks stay in good working order. We have tried several shops in the area, to no avail. The other shops had horrible hours or didnt understand the problems with our trucks. Valley Ford absolutley does understand and know how to fix trucks. We take our entire fleet in for service and will be looking for new trucks next year and I know that Valley Ford will be our supplier.

Took car in for a 9am appointment. Due to car randomly not starting. At 1 my car had not been service yet. At 2 they told me i can just come get it and bring it back tomorrow. Yeah i want to come jump my car take it home, jump it the rest of the day. Take another day of work. Find a jump in the morning and come back again. No thank. Worst service ever...... whats the point of making a appointment! OCT student, so theres no good excuses. After 7 hrs all they did was change my battery.

I flew from Baltimore to Cleveland to buy a 2015 Ford Transit 250 Van. Glad I did. I checked up and down the east coast and couldnt find a better deal. Had the deal done on a Saturday and drove home to Maryland on Sunday. Had a few minor issues after the sale that Valley Ford promptly fixed. Thank you to the entire sales staff for making my trip successful and worth the extra cash. Now "Betty" is home with me, and shes the pride of the neighborhood. Thanks again, Bob

I knew that getting 2 new keys at the Ford Dealership would be expensive and time consuming but the microchips need to be programmed there. After $150 for 2 keys the Ford symbol on one had already fallen off. The parts guy tried to convince me it never had one and I did not know what I was talking about despite the fact I had the other, complete one, in my hand. Never going back there.

Worst service I have ever received EVER! Mechanic* "fixed my truck". I asked to have them save the parts, and they didnt save the parts. Three weeks after they "fixed it", I had the exact same issue. They charged me over $200 in labor and parts. I later learned that it was an inertia switch, which is fixed with the push of a button. Thanks for nothing Valley Ford.

This is a mixed review I came in a few days ago and worked with Rick who was very knowledgeable about the product if so if i buy a Ford Truck it will be from Valley. The downside was how loud the store gets it was hard to speak with Rick at times over other people yelling and/or speakerphones. I hate to give 2 star when it could have have just been a fluke.
