My wife and I bought a car from Victory Auto Express. It is a 2006 Honda Civic. I initially saw the car on Ebay and saw that the price was $7500. After calling them, they reduced the price to $6900. I had to pay to have the car shipped to Oklahoma. Olga estimated $950 for shipping and when the actual quote came through it was only $900. The car we purchased was as described and in very good condition. We have now been driving the car for a month and have had no problems. That car qualified for a 10% State Tax Credit for the price of the car as well as a $1000 Oklahoma Natural Gas Rebate from our Local Gas Provider. Thank you very much for making our experience with your company a good experience. My wife and I did not take the time to drive to Ohio to even look at the car. I am fully satisfied with our purchase. These people are legit and trustworthy.

I went to test drive the 2005 Kia Sedona EX. It was burgundy with silver accent on bottom. It had 87, 603 miles and the dealer said it didnt need anything and was a great car. Well when I got there they seemed like decent people.. The lady told me I only had 15 minutes to test drive it. My sister and I drove it and noticed a ticking noise and the brakes were horrible. We took it around the corner to a auto shop and I put it in park, turned of the car and went to talk to the mechanics. The car stalled out on us. The auto shop had to jump start the car.. I was mad. Then the mechanics told us it needed new brakes, rotors and brake shoes. It was not safe to drive. I was so upset. I would not recommend this car dealership to anyone.. BBB needs to be contacted because they are selling unsafe vehicles.

My husband, John, and I just bought a 2010 Subaru Forester from Victory Auto Express. We live in NC. After a month long search, we found Victory on line and inquired about the Subaru. We received excellent customer service and Olga was very patient with all of our questions. Upon request, Olga even sent additional pictures of the vehicle. After we agreed upon a price, John flew to Cleveland, met Victor, and picked up the car. John drove 525 miles back home to NC in the rain without any issues. The car is just as it was described and we continue to enjoy driving it everyday. Even with the travel costs, we saved hundreds of dollars over comparable vehicles available locally. We definitely recommend Victory Auto Express. Victor and Olga are the best.

The staff at Victory Auto were very friendly and helpful. Our growing family needed a van, and we traveled four hours from Michigan to Victory because of their prices. As we were approaching the dealership, we got lost, and Olga from Victory went above and beyond to help us find the dealership, even though we were pretty late for our appointment. They were very understanding. That being said, the car had a pretty big dent in the side that they hadnt mentioned from our phone conversations (granted, I hadnt asked about dents), and the bathroom needed cleaning, but what stands out to me was their good customer service.

The store looks a little shady but the staff comes off as VERY TRUSTWORTHY. They were willing to work with me on the price when the carfax reported an accident AND they even offered to drop the car off at my house. Dont be turned away by the location. Its well worth a look.
