Honestly this place deserves NO stars. I am in a financial situation. I just lost my job after putting every Dime I had down getting into a vehicle from this place. Over $1200. I was out of work until 3 days ago. So I do not receive my first check for another week. Last Friday was the 2nd payment I missed but it is also the week that my tag finally came in for me to pay for as well. I called today to see if this company would be willing to help me, a single mother, who is doing the best I can to catch up, by allowing me to pay for the tag and 1 payment and allow me to make the other payment when I get my check from work. That would have been me bringing in over $400. considering my payments on a vehicle that has given me problems since the second day I owned it are over $200. every 2 weeks. The man that I spoke to has no compassion. I mean if you take the only transportation from a family who is trying to survive, how will the family earn money to make it? This is what is wrong with the world today people. If someone is trying to better their situation and may just need a helping hand, do the right thing and lend it. And to the people with no heart. I dont know about the one in Leesburg, but the one in Ocala is absolutely horrible. Bought a car from them and it broke down on me the 2nd week I had it. I spent over $200 to get it towed back to Ocala. I was late and almost missed work because once the car got there they still couldnt fix it in time. I had to go back to home and for 3 weeks I had to struggle because of them. Once they did fix it they charged ME to get it paid for. Need I remind that I only had the car for going on 3 weeks. The hub bearings were also bad on it before they gave it to me and they told me they were going to fix it before they gave it to me but they didnt. Their warranty is bs. The radiator busted and they wouldnt help with that or at least work with me after I was the one who got it fixed. The check engine light came on within the week I got it back and they still wouldnt fix it. Whatever you do. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself some money and just dont go to any Buy Here Pay Here car lots. Especially Deal Time. Im a hard work employee and student and when I work, I work to please the customer and my bosses. These people do not work to please anyone but themselves.

Worst experience Ive ever had trying to purchase a car. Miguel Acusto was so rude and unhelpful to me and my girlfriend. If he didnt want to sell me a vehicle, thats all he has to say. Instead he gave me the run around for days and wasted so much of my time. If I could give 0 stars, I would. In the end, Im so thankful I didnt give this company my business.

This place is a joke. They dont wanna help you fix anything or work with you. Rude people in the office. I got a car from them 6 months ago and the transmission went out. They didnt want anything to do with helping me work something out to fix it.

Purchased a pickup from them for above book price. Was ok with that. Had issues with it a month later. No big deal right? They knew about it. They had my thermostat stuck open. My whole front clip on truck is held on by a metal wire.
