**INCORRECT BILLING INFORMATION FROM EMPLOYEE I WAS CHARGED EXTRA FOR IT*** Went in to get the monthly billed paid, as well set up direct deposit for bills in the future. Was told by an employee that my bill was taken care of. However my money was not taken out of the account and! Even though I went into this store to take care of the same bill I was charged a LATE FEE. (Also had to have a conversation with a rude customer care agent who didnt seem to understand how his job worked) ****I WAS TOLD MY BILL WAS TAKEN CARE OF EVEN THOUGH IT HAD NOT BEEN, I WAS STILL CHARGED LATE FEE***** I as a customer have NEVER had a late bill before, and was told that my bill was taken care of; I dont believe this was fair service. When I inquired about their policy I received a sideways/ vague answers that told me nothing. ****GO TO OTHER AT&T LOCATIONS****

From the very first time we walked in, we were given the red carpet. At least it felt that way. We were greeted by Rich who goes so above and beyond every time we go in. We have rarely been treated with such genuine kindness, we almost want more problems just to see him! Our latest visit we were taken care of by Melissa who also went above and beyond any expectation we had. We had a fraud issue and she make it her priority to get to the bottom of it. This location has a great staff that makes any hassle drift away the moment you step inside.

His store is well staffed and has fast and friendly service. Nate helped me out today and very friendly and professional. He helped me out with exactly what I needed and I was in and out in only a few minutes.
