Store is layer out nicely. The workers are always so nice. They dont always know where everything is located but the store is pretty big. They have a good selection of fabrics and it seems something is always on sale and their coupons are awesome. There are like 3 rows of yarn. The bathrooms are not always tidy, well pretty much everytime I have been in them. My biggest annoyance is the cut table. People take a number then go shopping and their number gets called and they are on the other side of the store, it wastes time and they show up 4 numbers later expecting to cut in front of the people who are there waiting. You should tale and number then stand in line. Their is one lady their who yells the numbers out on the speaker and she scares me. She sounds very mad when people arent there when their number is called, but someone needs to show those people it is rude to not be there. There is good parking at this location and close to runnin other errands. There are lots of patterns, but more than 50% of the time they are out of stock of the patterns I want. Overall I can spend 4 hours in there and not even realize the time!! So fun in there!

I showed up 15 minutes before closing and was immediately told to "hurry up". I rushed to pick out my fabric within 10 minutes and went to have it cut. The lady at the cutting table acted super annoyed and said they had already announced "last cuts". This is my first time ever buying fabric and Im not used to the unwritten rules. She ended up cutting it after I apologized. I still was checked out by 9. I understand that sort of behavior if I showed up right at 9. If you care that much, then change your hours to close at 8:30, but plan on REALLY closing at 9. Overall, each person I spoke to (4 in total) with the exception of one (who was very welcoming, and the reason Im giving 2 stars) acted like theyd rather see me dead for showing up so close to closing, than have me actually BUY something. Wouldnt recommend unless youre there a few hours before closing. You see a stores true colors when you show up close to closing.

This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Arrived at the custom framing area at approx 10:50am, rang for service, another employee arrived and told me that the person who worked there wouldnt be there until 11:00am. Since it would only be a few minutes I said I would wait. And I waited, and waited, and waited.... After 30 minutes I finally gathered my artwork, and headed out, as I was gathering my belongings, an employee spotted me, and spoke into her communication device asking if anyone saw the employee who was suppose to assist at the framing area. To little, to late. My conclusion its that this location its not interested in revenue from the custom framing dept. This its the second major issue Ive had at this location.

Cashiers are not helpful. In fact very unfriendly. Wanted to use a competitors coupon. Cashier only takes time to read one coupon that said cannot be combine with any other specials. (Fabric was already on sale) I had several other coupons that specified may be used on sale items but I got so flustered I didnt end taking time to read those to her. She even called the manager and rudely read the exclusion to her. Another cashier started saying loudly DO YOU WANT ME TO CALL THE MANAGER UP HERE?! as if we were trouble.

I visit here often for fabrics and foam mainly. You can find a wider range of sewing materials and the machines as well. I dont often have to wait in line to have fabric cut and their selection covers most projects. They are able to special order certain materials as well but I recommend you have some info about what you need to order because they dont have the best method for searching their database.

Not one employee acknowledged me or had a smile on. It could be because the other customers I encountered were rude. I work retail and know that it is tough..but everyone in the store? 2 stars because it was clean and I found most of what I was looking for. Took my business across the street to Michaels where the employees were smiling and one even acknowledged my existence on the sales floor!

This store is AWFUL!!!! I tried to return a defective product that Id purchased there and they would only give me 1/2 of the value, plus they would only put it on a Jo Ann card, even though I paid with a credit card and they could easily find it in the system. I will NEVER go to Jo Anns again, and will only tell others to steer clear of this place and their horrible customer service.

This Jo-Anns has horrible customer service. I just moved to Draper and was so excited to have a Jo-Anns close to where I live plus its a huge JoAnns. But I now feel it will be better to drive to one farther away just to feel better when I leave. Ive now been four times and have left everytime disappointed on how I was treated. Im never going back.

I come here often for all my crafting needs. Im learning every skill I can and self teaching myself how to knit, crochet, sew and more. This place is like my drug dealer and I come home with yarn that is so soft. I start knitting and cant stop! And then I need to come back for more yarn!!! I love this place!

I love the classes and all the fun and creative things you can pursue.I would give a full 5 stars if the store was just staffed more. I usually need to have a question answered and the only staff I can count on are the check out clerks. Thank you for keeping the store festive and friendly!

Ive been there once, theres a great selection, very sweet employees, but the reason why I gave 3/5 stars is because you need to change your time on the website or something!!! I go there and its always closed because I keep thinking it closes at 9! PLEASE CHANGE THE TIME!!

This is the nicest Jo-Anns in the valley. It is huge and has everything you need. Also, they are great about coupons, and they will let you use as many coupons as you have, and they take competitors coupons. The employees are all friendly, and they even offer classes.

Good place to pick up fabric. Make sure you bring coupons or you will pay too much. Fabric can cost more than just buying the thing youre trying to make if you dont shop smart.

I like this store because they have a good selection of crafts and fabrics. They always have great coupon deals and also accept other stores coupons.
