The first time I brought my dog in for grooming I left my home phone number and my cell phone number. Didnt hear from them once my dog was groomed so eventually I called them I was told my home phone number kept ringing. I was just wondering why they wouldnt have tried my cell number, but anyway I thought it wasnt a big deal. Then I made an appointment to have my dog groomed again a week in advance. It just so happened that my dogs rabbis shot was due 2 days prior to the appointment. I already had a vet appointment for a few days after the appointment. The day before the appointment Petco called to confirm the appointment and I was asked if I could bring in proof of his vaccination. I told the lady the vaccination had just expired one day earlier. I was told it was company policy that they couldnt groom my dog. Its kind of ridiculous because of by the time his appointment was of 2 days they couldnt groom him, I guess company policy is company policy. Just think it also should be company policy when I made the appointment that the person should have looked up the records and should have informed me that they couldnt take the dog, but I guess if you only get paid $8.00 an hour Petco cant ask to much from their employees. Well to make a long story short I will never have my dog groomed there ever again nor will I ever buy another product from Petco. Petco hire people who have a brain when they make appointments. Maybe if you would pay them a decent wage you would find some.

Went there to buy a heating lamp, thought it would be simple, it was not. Once I figured out which wattage I needed the heating fixtures they had did not have every wattage option so I had to get one with a dimmer which I did not need, then when I wanted a nighttime blue light bulb they only had 75 and lower. I asked a worker if they had more he went to the back room came back and went to the shelf and said that sometimes they are behind others..which they werent,he hen said that they dont have any after stating the obvious once looking at the shelf and stated he could give me near by petcos that carried them..I told him no thanks and then proceeded to look for an infrared bulb to use. Once I found two which were almost the same I asked a worker what the difference was, he looked at the boxes and then said he will ask someone, he asked another worker which then didnt know and went to the get the "product specialist" she then told me to get a bascing light which I still dont think is correct and will probably return everything I bought and try the petsmart.

The store offers a wide range of items for your four-legged pals and even products for less common pets, including reptiles, birds, and rodents. There are plenty of options based on the size and quality that shoppers are needing. Minimal time is spent finding the right item youre needing, and the staff is always available to re-direct you or to simply answer wuestions or give feedback. The store has animals both for sale and adoption. I know that dogs can be groomed at this location, but I cant answer with confidence about cats.

horrible customer service, and they DO NOT CARE about your pet. Customer service is a joke. It was a big mess and they took no responsibility for their actions, denying any wrong doing. Then after talking to the incompetent manager we were asked to contact corporate which could take 6-8 weeks for a call back. If you love the well being of your pet or pets DO NOT take them to Petco. They are incompetent, and simply do not care.

Typical Petco location. Staff are very friendly. They do not generally sell cats or dogs at this location. They commonly sell various birds, reptiles, aquatics, rats, mice and ferrets.
