This petco has completely neutered the cat section. If you have a cat dont even bother coming here. They do not have a quarter of the normal standard stock petco carries. They also have jacked up their prices from other petco for the same items. I am beyond offended as an animal owner that I cant get my supplies for my cats in the same spot as my dog. Its ridiculous how cats were downsized and the dog section has overtaken there normal space. The only saving grace is the beyond adorable himalayan cat that is looking for a home in their adoption section.

This store is super clean, its not as HUGE as their immediate competitor, but I believe that is their business model at this location. With the growth off this shopping center and the increased traffic on Capital Blvd, I believe this store will be here for a long time. Regarding the employees, they are all very helpful, when Ive asked and eager to help when I havent. I appreciate that, because you never know I might actually need help, but dont want to ask anyone. The store is always clean, well stocked and organized efficiently.

Groomer manager Paula is rude and she lies about prices. Says one price to get you in the door and changes it. Very aggressive behavior. She was talking over her store manager. No respect for customers or her peers. I wouldnt trust her with my dog. She was so upset I asked for another manager she told me to get out the store. Guess she thought she owned it. Wouldnt let me post without giving at least 1 star wow.

First, I give a 5 for the staff, location, and overall cleanliness of the store--I always feel taken care of and welcomed. However, this Petco almost NEVER has feeder mice for snakes. Over the course of 6 months, I have visited 5 times in which they were completely out. I understand there may be a high demand, but then dont continue selling the snakes that need them.

My new PetCo since the one I was going to closer to home closed down. This one is a tab bit smaller, but it is very clean and organized. Good selection in the aquatics also.

A good selection of pet stuff at a good price. Lots of dog clothing to choose from. Nice fish selection. Lots of critters: hamsters, mice, guinea pigs, and ferrets.
