I wasnt going to write this review, because ... Accidents happen, but since they never followed up to even ask how my dog was and the manager never called me like they said he would, and they never sent me anything like they said they would, well, here it is: 12 year old Daschund, very docile, in fact because he was so docile they said they thought he was a perfect dog for their trainee to train on. Well, he was trimming his ears , another dog barked, my dog turned his head to look and trainee cut off a tiny piece of my dogs ear. They called to tell me to meet them at the emergency vet, and when they got there, I was already there frantically waiting , the girl complained that he shook his head and got blood all over her car. They did pay the vet and I went home with a half groomed hurt senior dog. A lot of promises were made and not kept. No one even so much as called to ask if he was okay. I wish there was a way to post a photo!

employees are great, selection is good and the prices with my petco rewards are really low compared to other local places. my cat needs advantage for her flea treatment and it is very expensive, when i went to purchase it, the employee told me that the petco website was having a sale on that particular formula, and offered me that lower price. that was really helpful!

Very good employees and lovely store setup. I purchased a betta from here last week and they have a large variety, and the death cups arent all that bad. The fish seemed to be in relatively good position, just scattered around in placing -the medicines were as well. Overall, its a good place, good treatment of all the animals.

I have been here several times and as soon as you walk in , there is a buffet of uncovered dog treats with an assortment of flies hovering over them. I have Complained every time to management and I will no longer set foot in this place.
