Seat up a appointment on 7/17/17 TO BRING ARE DOG IN ON 7/21/17 AT 9 AM WOMAN LOOKED AT DOG AND SAID THEY COULDNT DO IT BECAUSE SHE WAS MATTED TO BAD BUT TOLD THEM ABOUT THAT ON MONDAY WHEN WE CAME IN . WAS HAVING HER GROOMED FOR MY DAUGHTERS SENIOR PICTURES ON 7/22/17 .HAD TO FIND ANOTHER GROOMER TO DO IT THEY NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THE MATTING OR HAVING TO SHAVE HER. I THINK THEY OVER BOOKED FOR THAT DAY AND ONLY HAD TWO PEOPLE WORKING . I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. THEY SUCK IN MY BOOK .

We just recently adopted a dog and visited this store for supplies. We found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable and more than willing to help us. We will be regular customers! Edited Aug 23 to add - We took the Adult Level 1 training course for our small dog and he just "graduated" last week. Brandon is a great trainer, very patient and passionate about what he does. My husband and I both enjoyed the classes, learned a lot, and we have a better behaved little dog now.

So Petco has a 30 day fish guarantee. They said they could not honor it because my water is hard. When I asked how that was, I followed the directions on the hard water clearer exactly, the employee said, oh everyone else uses more than the instructions on the bottle, and you should have used more, so thats why its your fault your water is hard. So my takeaway was Petco thinks its ok to punish someone and not honor a guarantee for following the instructions on the product they sell.

Brian not a very nice person!!! He took my money and never book the training class for my puppy. Weve waited 2 weeks for this class not to mention I had to take off work because it was the only class available. So I ask for my money back. They acted like its my fault for not booking appointment and put on the refund receipt that my puppy was infested and contaminated. Dishonest and rude. I will be doing the best I can to pursue this false information on receipt.

The gentleman at the aquarium area was in no mood to assist anybody, very unapproachable. The other employees didnt seem to enjoy their work at all. They would much rather chat about how horrible their day is going to each other, rather than assist customers. the people at this store are incompetent at their jobs as far as I have experienced. Id recommend petsmart which is much closer. The employees are more likely to assist you there.

We bought a hamster for my 7 year old daughter and it bit her so we returned it and 2 employees recommended a gennypig and the small pet manager reference to sell it to us because we returned the hamster for biting and we did not want to buy a cage there for it because my mother was giving us one...she thought we did not know how to take care of it. ..she looked pleased with her self to make my daughter cry...

This store is horrible to their betta fish. I walked in to them having sat in disgusting water (filled with dust and hair) for 5 days, there were dead fish in cups, fish with fin rot and swim bladder disease. Go to Petsmart for bettas, they actually take care of their fish.

They always are helpful and have the best selection of high end dog food in town. We switched from Blue Buffalo to Basic Instinct with no grain and it has been the best decision.
