Both times I have gone to this store with my husband the employees have been nothing but rude. The first time we went to adopt a new ferret the young man treated us like we were children. When my husband asked to see the one we wanted we were told we could not touch the ferret. After explaining we wanted to adopt her yet again we finally got the paperwork going and were allowed to hold her. Then when we went to the store yesterday to adopt a playmate for our first one the woman was horribly rude to us when we asked to see them. She was impatient with us while we discussed if we wanted to add a male or a female. When we tried to asked her questions about the ferrets she sighed and rolled her eyes at is as if we were waisting her time, at this point we left and went to another location. I will not be returning to this persmart again. One rude employee I could understand but two is just too much. Horrible horrible service.

The employees are great at helping locate items and answering questions. We took our dog through Puppy 101, which really helped improve her leash behaviors and manners. They have a great selection of products, including organics and grain-free (which our dog needs.)

Fish department is bad not 1 person is there all the time to help you. Have left the store so many times not being helped and with out what I went in for. Hate even giving the store 1 star

Their new Dog Trainer Dotty is fantastic! She has taught me so many things and my puppy is so smart. I love her! She is amazing with dogs. It is obvious it is her passion.
